We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you wish to make changes. Hotels are more likely to approve requests made in advance.
3. Hotel & Partner Responsibilities
All services, conditions, and facilities listed on each hotel page are provided by that hotel. EbookingHotel serves as an intermediary and is not liable for operational or policy changes made by accommodations after booking.
All guests, regardless of nationality or booking source, are subject to the terms, rules, and regulations of the hotel.
4. Multi-Passenger Bookings
When you book on behalf of other guests (family, friends, groups), you confirm that all travelers are informed of and agree to the terms, cancellation policies, and hotel rules.
Any changes or disputes must be coordinated through the person who placed the original booking.
5. Dynamic Pricing
Hotel prices shown on EbookingHotel are live and may change due to availability, seasonal demand, or special promotions. Once a booking is confirmed, your price is locked.
If a lower rate becomes available later, changes are not guaranteed unless allowed by the hotel’s terms.
