General Booking Policies
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed instantly upon successful payment unless otherwise specified.
- Users will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference and voucher.
- Booking details are also available under your profile dashboard.
2. Payment & Security
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Prices shown are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We do not store your payment information on our servers.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to check-in for a full refund.
- Refunds requested within 15 days of check-in are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Some rooms may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated during booking.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Hotel Policies
- Each hotel sets its own rules regarding check-in/check-out times, early check-in, late check-out, breakfast, extra beds, and child policies.
- Policies are visible on the hotel detail page before booking and apply to all passengers.
- EbookingHotel is not responsible for changes made by hotels after confirmation.
5. Identification & Age
- Guests may be required to present valid ID upon check-in.
- Only adults aged 18+ may place bookings.
- Children policies vary per hotel and are displayed on the booking page.
