2. Services

We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel. While we facilitate hotel bookings, we are not responsible for the services ultimately provided by the hotels.

3. Payments

Payments are securely handled through Stripe. Prices shown typically include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

By Customer: You must cancel at least 15 days before your check-in date to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 15 days before check-in, the refund will depend on the hotel's cancellation policy.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Some bookings are non-refundable — this will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

5. Hotel & Accommodation Policies

All policies displayed on hotel detail pages (including cancellation rules, check-in/check-out times, extra charges, and age restrictions) are provided directly by each hotel or accommodation partner.

These policies apply to all passengers and guests for that booking.

eBookingHotel is not responsible for setting or modifying these terms. Hotels and accommodations may change their policies at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Issues caused by third-party providers such as hotels.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Changes to hotel services or policies made by the accommodation provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The website ebookinghotel.co.uk and all content provided on or through it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of GOLDEN STAR STAY LTD, trading as eBookingHotel, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us.

Unauthorized use of our content or branding may result in legal action.
