Amir Traditional Residence in Kashan is a house dating back to the Qajar era, with a history of about 150 years. In the summer of 2018, after undergoing a restoration process, it was opened to the public as a traditional residence. The Amir Kashan Residence has 8 rooms, with 5 of them located on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard of the residence, and the rest of the rooms on the upper floor at street level. The strategic location of Amir Traditional Residence on Fazel Naraghi Street provides easy access for tourists to other historical sites in Kashan, such as the historical bathhouse of Sultan Amir Ahmad and the historical house of Tabatabaei. It is worth noting that due to the preservation of traditional architecture and the nostalgic atmosphere, the rooms on the ground floor of Amir Residence do not have en-suite bathrooms, and some do not have beds. For the comfort of guests, both Iranian and Western-style shared bathrooms are available in the courtyard and the building. Furthermore, the rooms in this establishment do not include refrigerators or televisions. A shared refrigerator is available in the residences kitchen, and with prior arrangement with the staff, guests can use it. Elderly individuals and families with young children should take note that Amir Traditional Residence has stairs in various parts, including the entrance and some rooms.
