Kasian Traditional Hotel is one of the most valuable houses in Kashan, dating back approximately 250 years to the Qajar era. This house is located in one of the oldest historical neighborhoods of Kashan, called Taher and Mansour neighborhood. It was purchased in December 2016 by Dr. Majid Guyovi and underwent principled restoration, reconstruction, and furnishing for about three years, and is now operating as a hotel, restaurant, and café. The most prominent feature of this historical 1250-square-meter house is the large central courtyard of approximately 550 square meters, surrounded by suites and equipped rooms with various designs suitable for Iranian culture on all four sides of the courtyard, a feature rarely seen in other old houses in Kashan. Therefore, almost all rooms and suites have access to the beautiful light and space of the courtyard, gardens, and the main pond in the courtyard. Another characteristic of this building is its central location in the city and easy access from the three main streets of Kashan, setting this hotel apart from other accommodations. With a traditional restaurant space, café shop, alcove and royal sitting room, five-door rooms, summer and winter terraces, private parking with a minimum capacity of 17 cars, and special amenities for guests, this hotel offers a dreamy stay in the ancient city of Kashan for its visitors.
