Noghreh Eco Lodge is located in the historical neighborhood of Fahadan in Yazd, the first adobe city in the world. This ancient traditional house belongs to the Qajar period and has a history of over 100 years. The lodge was renovated in 2017 and opened as Noghreh Eco Lodge for visitors to enjoy. Upon entering through the wooden gate of the lodge and passing the traditional Dalan, you will see the courtyard and beautiful surroundings of this traditional house, with traditional beds, wooden tables and chairs set around a turquoise water basin for tourists to rest and enjoy tea and herbal drinks. Facilities and services provided: Noghreh Yazd traditional lodge has 8 rooms decorated with antique objects in a completely traditional style, all equipped with necessary amenities for tourists. Tourist attractions in the area: The bazaar and Hammam Khan (the longest bazaar in Yazd), Koushk Nou watermill, historical Lariha house, coppersmiths bazaar, and Dolat Abad Garden hosting the tallest wind tower in the world and Alexander Prison are among the historic and tourist sites near Noghreh Eco Lodge. Another recommended place to visit is the Sabats of Yazd, which are covered alleyways built to protect people from the intense sunlight and heat of the desert city. These Sabats also prevent cold air from entering the alleys during winter and help keep them warm. The beautiful architecture of the Sabats has turned these old alleys into a tourist attraction.
