Hotel Policies

One-bedroom units for 2 3 and 4 people as well as 5-person units have indirect light from skylights. All rooms accommodate more than 2 extra people with a sofa bed. All units are equipped with kitchens with full cooking facilities.

Exclusive to Afra Hotel during peak and non peak days: cancellation and reduction of nights of stay after the guests stay at the hotel will include a fine of one night other than the nights of stay if the guest does not go to the accommodation unit at the appointed time or by the appointed date in writing. If he did not inform the unit of the reason for his absence the reserved place will be kept empty for one night only and the reservation confirmation will be invalid from the next day. In this case the damage will be calculated based on the cost of one nights stay per room and will be deducted from the advance payment except for special cases that are subject to the prior agreement of the parties. Cancellation policy: 1/ Notification of cancellation up to 20 days before the time reserved for use in relation to its cancellation 10% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted per room. 2/ Cancellation notification from 20 to 11 days before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit 30% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted per room. 3/ Cancellation notification from 11 to 6 days before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit 40% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted per room. 4/ Cancellation notification from 6 days to 48 hours before the guests arrival at the accommodation unil 70% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted per room. 5/ Cancellation notification from 48 hours before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit 100% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted from the room. Cancellation rules during peak periods 1/Cancellation notices during peak travel times (holidays and martyrdoms and special days) cancellation at any time after issuing the confirmation the cancellation penalty will be one night from the winning rate. Note: If the guest refuses to continue staying at the hotel after staying at the hotel during peak and non-peak days for any reason the cost of one nights stay will be deducted from Herataq.
