Cancellation policy: Cancellation notification from the time of issuing the voucher up to 20 days before the arrival time is free of penalty. Cancellation notification from 20 days to 11 days before the guests arrival at the accommodation unit, 20% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted. Cancellation notification from 11 to 6 days before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit, 30% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted. Cancellation notification from 6 to 3 days before the guests arrival to the accommodation unit, 50% of the cost of one nights stay will be deducted. 70% of one nights stay will be deducted from 72 to 24 hours before the guests arrival. 100% of one nights stay will be deducted from 24 hours to the day of the guests arrival. C- If the guest refuses to stay in the hotel for any reason after staying in the hotel, the cost of one nights stay will be deducted as a penalty.

Leaving earlier than the confirmed reservation date includes a night of drinking. The cost of admission for children under 3 years old is free and ages 3 to 5 years old are charged half price if they do not use the additional service and over 5 years old are charged in full. The admission of women over 18 years old is unhindered by bringing identification documents. A promissory note with a prominent seal is notarized. The airport reception transfer request must be notified 24 hours in advance. Transfer to and from the shrine is currently done once a day.
