There is no opportunity to stay an international hotel chains in Iran because of embargo, so the hotels are very poor quality as a general. This hotel also have very poor quality, rooms looks very old and depressive. The only good thing in the hotel is spacious courtyard..

It's far from the city center but is very close to mashhad metro station. It is about 1 hour to Holly shrine of Imam Reza but it takes shorter with a combination of metro and taxi. Staffs are very helpful, the hotel is clean and the restaurant is ok. there is also outdoor restaurant beside a small lake, you can watching some swans swimming.

Polite staff, very clean room , stiff bed , far from city centre , breakfast was good enough , price was acceptable , very busy , they didn’t ask for smoking or non smoking and gave a smoking room , not enough taxi from the hotel , but taxi drivers were very polite and charge was acceptable , if you don’t want to be in city centre and you visit Mashhadi with your car I recommend this hotel

The staff were welcoming and professional and the standards high. The room was well appointed and big enough for a short stay. The restuarant is the standard Iranian menu well done.Breakfast is plentiful rather than dramatic.A fair way out of town but reasonably handy to Imam Reza complex.

I stayed one night in this hotel. My room was one-room apartment including a small kitchen overlooking to the pond and courtyard. I would like to share the positive points of this hotel in the following: beautiful and large courtyard; luxurious lobby; polite staff; 3 good restaurant; underground parking; good swimming pool; shopping center; and more importantly the reasonable price compared to the other 5 star hotels in mashhad . The location in far from shrine but there is a regular service provided by hotel. Also there is a metro station just in front of the gate. I recommend it to all visitors

Yes it is far from the city center ,but very roomy rooms and an excellent small lake.Something that is very important about this Hotel is that it is not a high building hotel ,actually it is a wide spreadHotel that is located inside of a city.Rooms are clean but only pillows are not good.Good restaurants with reasonable prices.Very nice pool and sauna. It is a five star hotel but needs more to be an international Hotel.

A perfectly acceptable hotel with very large public rooms. The location is someway out of town with nothing much of interest around as far as I could tell (I was there on business and did no sightseeing).Avoid the rooms facing out of the front of the hotel. They overlook the main road which runs past the front of the hotel and the traffic noise can be a pain at night. Much better are the rooms facing the back which over-look a pretty lake. Although these rooms are smaller, they are much quieter. Some rooms are of much better quality than others. The "better" rooms have cable TV with BBC, CNN et al. The rest don't ... and are slightly scruffy. I have no evidence for this, but I suspect that these higher quaility rooms are for "foreigh guests".There is an extremely large dining room which was empty every night we were there. We had dinner in the coffee shop which also doubles as the breakfast room in the morning. The food was perfectly acceptable, but the menu is very limited. There is a choice of basics such as pizza, hamburgers and kebabs, all with chips. The coffee shop seems to attract the locals in the evening and was quite busy most nights with families and young couples having ice cream and cakes.Breakfast is buffet style. Again a limited choice, but enough of it.There is a swiming pool in the basement of the hotel but I didn't try it so I can't comment on what it is like. Being Iran, men & women have to swim at different times! The staff at the front desk weren't exactly friendly but spoke good English. The only hassle I had was when I asked to be moved from the front-facing room they had put me into initially, into one facing the lake. Despite the hotel being empty, this seemed to be a major headache to the staff. That is why I suspect that some rooms are meant for foreigners and some for "locals". My second room was distinctly less impressive than the first. There is nothing wrong with this hotel and is probably of quite a high level by Iranian standards. The only thing to note is that the computer room (with claimed internet access) was never open in the week I stayed there.

Good western standard hotel. The hotel ist in the Vakilabad district, not far away from the infamous Central prison. It is a few miles away from city center but with good city connection by the brand new chinese mass transport train system.
