The four-star Fahadan Museum Hotel is the first museum hotel in Iran. The hotel is situated in a historical building dating back approximately 250 years from the Qajar period, known as the Tehranis House. The Tehranis family were merchants in the carpet and rug industry in the past. The buildings beauty and grandeur led to its use as the economic consulate office for some European countries like France and Germany in the region for a period of time. This building is now registered as a historical site in Iran. The hotel has 27 rooms with desirable amenities, and it consists of three courtyards: the main courtyard, the orange garden courtyard, and the French mansion courtyard. It also features three beautiful windcatchers, a large hall, a well house, a beautiful and active basement, an octagonal room, a hammam, and a large rooftop offering views of the historical texture of Yazd. One unique aspect of this museum hotel is the presence of various collections of historical and ancient artifacts that provide special visual attractions for tourists.
