My experience at this hotel was exceptional in every way. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with warm and friendly smiles, making me feel right at home. The speed of service was impressive; I never had to wait long for any request, whether at the reception or in theThe rooms were clean and equipped with the latest amenities, offering stunning views of the city. The facilities were of a high standard, allowing guests to enjoy a fantastic pool and a fully equipped fitness center.The restaurant served the most delicious local and international dishes, with excellent service that reflected the professionalism of the staff. Every dining experience was filled with kindness and attention to detail, making me feel like a special guest.The overall atmosphere in the hotel was comfortable and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. I can’t wait to return to enjoy this unique experience again!

This is undoubtedly one of Iran's best western-style hotels with all the amenities,and services of a 5-star hotel. In Iran, I prefer to stay at traditional boutique hotels but this time toward the end of our trip, I opted for creature comfort and services readily available. Hotel has two travel agencies, shops, full gym, and swimming pools. Travel agency can arrange for daily VIP drivers with newer cars, and English speaking guides. There are several restaurants with breath-taking sweeping views of one of Iran's most beautiful cities. If you want utter comfort, I recommend staying at Shiraz Hotel.

My experience at Shiraz Hotel was superb. It is a 5 star hotel that has credentials and amenities to back up that claim. There are at least four separate restaurants with expansive fews of Shiraz below and there is 24 hour room service. Our room also had an amazing view of the rest of Shiraz below us. The hotel also has two sets of gyms and pools for men and women and several elegant shops and an amazing travel agency! The staff at Kiasun Gasht Pars travel agency was friendly and helpful as they booked us a driver for a couple days and also a flight back to Tehran. As we were getting tired towards the end of our 3 week journey Shiraz hotel was the perfect place to help us wind down and relax. I definitely recommend!

As a native and also a man who has broken his leg and spending time after a surgery, We were so nervous at the beginning for our stay in any hotel in a city of iran at all , but a great hospitality of the shiraz hotel staff in every part exceed our expectations! Every one in every part were so helpful , friendly and polite. They prepared a wheelchair for me during my stay. The first one needs some maintenance but the second one was good which they gave me as soon as it got free. The hotel room was so clean with cozy beds and pillows and mattress. But the view of the room was spectacular overlooking city skyline and As a shiraz resident, I have never seen such a view of shiraz. The hotel has 2 separate spacious lobbies in the ground and 6th floor and you can reach to your rooms throughout another elevator in 6th floor. . It has 2 restaurants in 4th floor, One for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. They served persian cuisine. The next one only serves dinner and their menu is Italian cuisine , which we ordered beef stroganoff and mushroom soup and it was tasty and delicious. Breakfast buffet which was included in our reservation was also ok. They should work on the taste of their coffee and chocolate syrup. But the variety of cooked and baked items were very good with compare of Iran hotels. On 6th floor the hotel provided a good cafe with good quality of coffee as well as fresh cakes with friendly staff . Unfortunately, I couldn’t use their pools and saunas this time but I tried it before and I recommend it to residents , with good views of shiraz city. One great spot you must visit for sure during your stay is the cafe located in 14th floor. Unfortunately the main elevator only goes to 13th floor but once they realized I want to see the cafe and I couldn’t use stairs, one of the helpful staff help me to use personnel elevator to reach the cafe. the cafe view was absolutely wonderful overlooked historical part of shiraz . We spent a sunset there and the cafe served hookah (shisha) there with different flavor were you can relax and enjoy your evening. Over all my experience as I know the management of a hotel in city like shiraz is very very difficult as well as maintenance because of so many compelling reason, was great and pleasant and if I want to stay in hotel again in shiraz sooner or later, I will definitely reserve my room in Shiraz grand hotel again.

After three years from my last stay in Shiraz Hotel since 2019, I checked in again and found the reception staff quite hospitable and friendly as before. Even though I arrived 3 hours sooner than the official check-in time, they handed me my room in a clean and fully prepared manner.The room was equipped with two king-sized beds and all accessories for two persons while I had paid for a single bedroom.I enjoyed my breakfast on the next morning at the 4th floor restaurant but I can say the diversity of the cuisines and the quality of the breads and pastries has been decreased comparing my experience at three years before.

We arrived on on the 3rd of August with my husband for a week. We had booked the hotel and prepaid the whole amount in advance because we took the false good reviews on many platforms. We were shocked be the appalling state of the room!! Very old furniture cracked wood and a very hot air-conditioning that only go on 25°C😰 we informed the reception for 3 days until finally they sent a maintenance guy to "fix it" he didn't!! For 7 days we slept in a very hot room and the receptionist said that the hotel rooms were fully booked which wasn't. This hotel is maximum 3 stars if we are being generous. I strongly advise no one to throw their money away on this hotel, one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Never back in here again.

We were in Shiraz hotel from 25th to 27th march. The hotel was not as suitable as expected; room service was very weak and the blankets were delivered without any cover. The window needed repair and would not close completely. Food quality (lunch and dinner) was not good also the breakfast was really very medium or below.

All the hotel staff were very pleasant. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountain and the hotel pool had a beautiful view of the city of Shiraz. One of the good points was the presence of two gymnasiums and swimming pools, which could be used in the morning and evening. Staying in this hotel had a relaxing feeling. There was also a decent children's playroom which the kids loved. The hotel's breakfasts were varied and good, and the presence of live music had created a relaxing and happy atmosphere.
