Good experience!-Reception and cashier staff are kind and helpful and check in/check out process done very quickly.-Room is clean and comfy-House keeping does a fantastic job of cleaning the room-Restaurants are nice but they can improve the quality of their meals and change the menus often-the overall experience is good 👍Thanks.

Room was okay. Breakfast was okay. But the front desk cheated me of USD 50.The day before checking out, I changed USD 100 into IRR 25,000,000 (lousy rates at that time but I had no choice). My colleague and I counted that money and those of others to make sure we had the right amount for each of us that changed money.The next day as I was checking out, I took out the wad of IRR and counted in front of the person at the front desk. As I started counting, he offered to use the cash counting machine to count the money and so I handed over the wad of cash to him, and after using the machine, he said it was only IRR 12,000,000 and I owed the hotel some more money to settle the bill.In my state of confusion and misplaced trust on the hotel front desk staff, I eventually added some more money.After confirming with my colleague that I did hand over IRR 25,000,000 to the guy and was basically cheated.So I hope he burns in hell and suffers greatly in life.To those of you staying at the hotel, always count money yourself, even if you take some time to do so.

We stayed a night in Nowrooz 1401 on our way to Boushehr. It was a nice hotel with polite and helpful staff. We have a double Vip room. room was very pretty and had a balcony viewing the city. Restaurant had a good service. Food was delicious. Breakfast was acceptable. We had a pleasant stay and we left hotel with nice memories.

I stayed about 10 days in this hotel...it is just like a home for me..Rooms are big and clean and comfortableRoom service is very ontime and excellentBreakfast is the best especially breads that they had cooked every day in oven , the space is full of good smell of fresh breadsThe reception is the best and kindEvery thing is the best especially the location of hotelIt is better than JW Marriot in rio(Brazil), better than lotte hotel in moscow, better than every 5and 4 stars hotel I have been in other countries

Where to start the coffee shop is below par with sub standard ingredients. Both restraunts are abismal to say the least with pizza made with frozen doigh from the supermarket. My room was so noisy and uncomfortable i moved to the top vip floor and its even worse here. I havent slept for two nights with all the racket from the elevator cables i think still not sure what that noise is only reason im here is that all other hotels are filled to capacity. Now i know why this hotel had room. Stay away unless you have no other alternative. Leaky shower faucet with no hot water filthy dirty furniture peeling and cracked wallpapers and this is theor best room and floor what a joke.

This hotel meets the acceptable standards of the Iranian hoteling. you can expect a clean hotel with good services. bedsheets are really clean. personnel behavior is really warm. breakfast is weak. we ate dinner at the hotel and that was really delicious.the hotel is near to a wedding ceremony hall and on the 2nd night of our stay, we couldn't sleep until 1 AM, because of a wedding ceremony music and dances.

It's a nice hotel with nice view. I think best hotel in Yasuj city. Rooms are clean and tidy. But my room was 107 it was smelling bad. Wifi is not free u should pay for it. It's lobby is not that big. From hotel to street it's almost 1kilometer walk. Totally is a good hotel

The most worst hotel in Tehran.Laundry doesn’t work afternoon and evening, only morning time. If you are in a business trip and came afternoon or evening forget about the possibility to iron your shirts.Even they don’t serve simple iron to your room. Nothing, I called several time to reception, to housekeeping to laundry and everybody send you to another department, nobody wants to help you.Even in 3 star hotel in Tehran you could get iron anytime you like even at night, but here you couldn’t.Very bad hotel for business trip.

An outdated government owned hotel with unpleasant receptionists and rooms in deep need of renovation. WiFi never worked in my room and neither did A/C. Beds are rather uncomfortable and bathrooms are as basic as breakfast. Service is non existent. In no way should this property be rated 4 stars.

My wife and I stayed in that place for tow night.It was happen when we felt scorchy hot weather in Yasouj.That was a normal place , with low quality level facility.Of course its aircondition was awful.Moreover its breakfast was too bad.

Old, dated and worn furniture, bath and rug, but clean. Standard bath amenities, shower had good pressure and hot water. Bathtub was old. Hair dryer. Very nice staff. Beautiful view. Small terrace, but slider did not lock. Wifi stopped working after dinner and didn't work in morning. Really could use some upgrading.

when I arrived to the reception no one welcomed me, I didn't know who will check my booking, the room was not clean , under the sofa to much dirt. The sheet was very old and not soft, the marble around the sink was very dirty, when we ask for coffee they said in economy floors is not serve 🙄, the gym is not free, the sitting area at the reception is dirty you can see dirt andrt the tables . I think the management of the hotel is not professional enough, also room no.301 is making noise we smell cigarettes and food always outside the room , I stayed for eights nights . The good things about the hotel is the rooms are nice , the hotel is great from inside there are 4 lifts so you never wait .

Very rude manager without any responsibility about the hotel brand . It felt like there is no any management in this hotel. Because of corona virus we asked to have our breakfast in our room but they said it is not possible and we need to pay again for another breakfast( breakfast already was included for our room but…). We went to its restaurant and we ask receptionist to take our food in open area because gust were coughing over there and restaurant was in small area with too many people! They didn’t allow us. We complain to internal manager who was very rude person and he said to us if you don’t like our system you can book another hotel next time…

Parsian Azadi Hotel was evaluated very poorly in terms of quality. The hotel equipment is old and the restaurant is poor, but the breakfast was relatively better. The service in the hotel is not five stars. The heating system made a lot of noise that disturbed the peace of the room.

Nice big hotel, breakfast is good, they speak English, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are nice. If you are on the upper floors you have a view of the city, but the same can be said for the bathroom, it was very nice to sit in the jacuzzi and watch the city lights in the evening. We are very satisfied. Only minor problem was that if you are seen as a foreign tourist and maybe first time in Iran, you should explain that the reception will keep your passport because in Iran this is the custom. This should help a lot with comfort because we got this answer on the second question and that if there is a problem in town, we just have to tell which hotel and they will confirm us.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in May. There is just 2 hotel in the city and this is the best of two. It's clean but aged and over priced for the quality. Staff are friendly. Rooms come with breakfast. Good for short stay.Make sure by the time you leave the hotel you check that you have all your stuff with you I left my blanket and I called them to ask if they can send it to me and they said it's not there!! Anyway overall it's an average hotel.

It is unfortunate that I need to leave this bad review. I stayed at this hotel twice before a few years ago, and I was happy and left a positive review. However, I am very sad to say that their quality of service has significantly deteriorated since my last visit.I don't know here to begin, from unwelcoming receptionist to uncleaned room on arrival and, worst of all, an absolutely disgusting breakfast restaurant, everything points out towards the lack of management and staff training.Rooms are not clean, and the bed headboards are full of dust and dirt. The breakfast venue is so filthy that any self-respecting person won't eat there. Food on the floor, carpets are dirty and disgusting, utensils and dishes are not cleaned properly and staff are rude. There are so many managers in suits who are busy talking with each other but don't care about guests. There is always an excuse for their failure and inefficiencies. I am lost for words to describe how applauding this hotel has become. We will definitely not return to this hotel, and I advise any self-respecting person to avoid staying here.In conclusion, a revolting and disgusting hotel!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights during Nowruz 1402. My room was on the fourth floor of the hotel. It had a very beautiful view. The room facilities were very clean. The hotel staff were very polite and pleasant people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed there for one night . it was a wonderful stay, so sparkling clean.i have only good words about this hostel and the services-- cleaning, breakfast, the room, the view ,the great location. i cant recomand it enough.. stay there and you wont regret it for sure

Renovated rooms fully up to western standards, nice bathroom, new linnen and excellent towels and matrasses. Terrace with view on mountains and city. Basic breakfast, nescafe only. Had dinner in a city which has no decent restaurant. Except for some hundreds of shop and the anazing surrounding scenery, this town has nothing to offer.
