I have been to Tehran many times before but this was the first time my family and I stayed in Espinas Paloce Hotel. Undoubtedly, this hotel is the best hotel in Tehran. It is a hotel with a five star amenities offered to foreigners at the price of a 3 star hotel due to the dollar exchange rate.The room was large and well stocked. Providing even daily tooth paste.The hotel management was superb. I noted that they have addressed any and all negative comments that I had read about this hotel in previous reviews posted by others.The hotel has 3 restaurants all serving delicious meals. . The sky lounge restaurant on the top floor has an international flavour cuisine and a breath taking view of Tehran. The Diba restaurant in the ground floor caters traditional Persian food and music while the Laton Buffet restaurant in the 3rd floor offers an out of this world experience of breakfast for free every day from 7-10 am and dinner nightly.The staff from the CEO whom we accidentally met at the breakfast to the room cleaners were all extremely friendly well dressed and all smiling. They all went over and above line of duty to make our stay more pleasant. A few whom I will always remember for their kindness and extra care were Ms Cyrus; Mr Khodayari; Mr Balmeh; Ms Arabi and her immediate supervisor whose name unfortunately I can not remember. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I visit Tehran again.

For anyone hoping to stay in a comfortable, well-kept, generous and attentive place, ESPINAS Hotel Palace is the right place to be at.From the staff to the rooms, and amenities, it lives up to its five star name. Perhaps even more so than some five-star hotels in the USA.The food is really special and they have a huge variety of options. There are many places to dine within the hotel, all with quality food you can be happy with. Including the breakfast which is included in your stay. The breakfast staff are very attending, they make sure your table is clean, with a fresh and filled pot of tea, and check in on you regularly. They are incredibly kind, when my grandmother was not feeling well many of them showed concern and helped with advice.The rooms are what you expect. Very clean and plenty of sitting space aside from the bed. What’s really special about the rooms is the staff. We have requested so many towels, special extras, and it has never been an issue. We are always met with gracious people who are genuinely happy to help no matter the request. They are quick to meet your needs and have felt like friends to us.I want to particularly thank Ms. Safari who we asked a lot of and she never made us feel like we are inconveniencing her. She is one of the kindest people we had the honor to have around us at the hotel.Ms, Mohammadkhani who is the supervisor was kind enough to help us when we couldn’t figure out the tv. She went out of her way even though she was very busy to make sure we had no issues at all and even gave us a number to call if we had any issues with the internet.They kindly even brought to our room a rose and some sweets on our final days.The staff is what makes this place extremely special. They will help you call a Snapp driver, they will rush to bring you water, help you find places to go and make calls even if it’s not to the benefit of the hotel.If you don’t care for the glitz, glamorous, concerts, entertainment- the staff makes the experience something to return to next time. We couldn’t ask for a better staff to surround us.Thank you to all. You made this emotional trip easier.And the view definitely helped.

Last week, we were in the restaurant for breakfast. The supervisor's behavior was terrible.I asked her to sit beside the window, and she said no way with evil behavior. Also, three times I asked for tea, but they didn't bring it, and the tea I had was old from morning on the table, and they did not answer me. The supervisor lady was in front of the door just talking to the hosts even though she did not check the salon after one guest came to the table. She was only serving him like a private waiter. For us nothing we pay almost 700,000 tumen per person.But the only things Buffet varieties and products were ok

The breakfast at Espinas Hotel was a unique experience. We loved the hot Iranian bread and omelette. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite suitable and pleasant. We were served colorful and fresh tea and coffee, and the behavior of the children, especially the manager, was friendly

In these 5 nights that I stayed in this beautiful and spectacular hotel, I must say that it was the best experience that I had during my stay. The reception team were all very professional and at the time of arrival, they delivered our room very quickly, and our room card was inside an envelope on it. Our name was written and they bought plane tickets for us in the concierge section of Ms. Mohammadi Hotel and we hope to go to this beautiful hotel again.

Staying in this beautiful hotel was one of the best experiences I had. I am very grateful to the management of this beautiful hotel because when I entered the room, they had put fruits and sweets for me in very beautiful dishes and the reception team was very helpful for checking in. I have been staying in the hotel for three days. Everything has been wonderful so far. My room is clean and satisfactory, smells good and has a beautiful view. The hotel breakfast at Laton restaurant is excellent. The buffet is beautiful and complete.I have a suggestion: I think rooms need to change bed linens and towels because they have been used a lot & need to be change ,,, and shampoos size are too small !!

I had an incredible experience at Luton where everything from the food to the live music and service was top-notch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with talented musicians creating the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable evening. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of rich flavors, showing true craftsmanship from the kitchen. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Management clearly puts great effort into maintaining high standards. This is a must-visit place!

I stayed in this hotel in February 2022 and again last week December 2023. The day after I checked in 2022 I received a very rude phone call late in the evening saying that my bill is overdue!! I went down talked to the night manager Mr. Javanmard and after apologizing and calling down the girl who had called me from "Paziresh" I had my cousin come down the next day and pay the full amount for the 10 days I was planning to stay. I don't carry Iranian money or debit card so I depended on my cousin for financial transactions. two weeks ago Nov. 29th 2023 I went to Iran again and stayed at this hotel and based on my previous experience I had my cousin pay for for the whole duration of 11 days that I was staying till Dec. 10. The first night I invited my cousin and his family to dinner at the restaurant on 21th floor and charged the bill to my room. Can you believe it that the following night I received a call again around 8:30 pm saying that I have a bill pending on my room that need to be paid !!! I was furious. I have already paid for 11 days and wasn't going anywhere anytime soon and they were demanding the dinner bill the following day. I went down again talked to Mr. Javanmard and her pretended that he didn't remember me from the same incident the year before and referred me to Mr. Musapoor and left. Mr. Musapoor had no explanation as to WHY I was being harassed for a dinner charged to my room and what's the point of charging things to the room so you would pay them all at the end of your trip at the check out ???? If I am to pay my room charges daily ??? This guy apologized many times without any explanation. Two days before I leave I had another call from "paziresh" again wanting to remind me of my charges to the room which at this point was 2 meals and couple of Taxi rides. I have lived in the United States for over 47 years and traveled the whole world and have never experience such rude behavior. These people don't know the first thing about 5 star hotel and 5 star service. Besides the lobby downstair everything else especially the rooms weren't any better than Holliday Inn (3 star hotel). They also had held my passport for hostage / collateral so I can't understand why they were so worried about a few dollars worth of a meal charged to the room. Horrible experience. They actually have a department dedicated with many staff to calling the guest to "remind" them of their outstanding bill !! like nobody knows what they have charges to their room and they need a daily "reminder". Disgusting policy and management. on the positive note I was very pleased with cleaning staff who cleaned my room. They were very fast and efficient and very polite. I asked for their names and now I'm having difficulty reading their handwriting. I apologize if I misspell their names. Shout out to Mr. Moumiond, Ms. Rebhaat or Behaat , and Ms. Abolghasemi. (5 stars to the housekeeping crew, 0 stars to the management/Paziresh - thus I chose 2 stars for the whole experience.)

I am staying for few nights at hotel as a solo and I find it very safe. The atmosphere of lobby is great. The receptionists are very polite and helpful especially the female receptionists and I am very grateful for that to these ladies. The personal are all polite and helpful. Hotel is very clean, there was no problem in my room. The room service is good. The breakfast area is clean and personal are very helpful and great, but i find that the rotation for breakfast choices does not changes so often and we see the same breakfast option everyday which makes it boring. The internet is very good. Taxis at the hotel is more expensive compering to outside taxis. Thank you for making this visit pleasant.
