Was in August 2022. Very good hotel. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned, the breakfast is good. The service is excellent, the staff is very polite. Towels are changed upon request. At the reception they speak English and are always ready to help tourists. The metro, many shops and cafes are nearby.

Convenient location, clean and spaciousReally easy location to get to. Clean, spacious rooms with air con which for the price was very good. Really friendly staff. Front desk staff was extremely helpful when checking out, very polite and allowed us to keep our cases safe in a locked room free of charge until our flight.Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is good, it is located in a good place in Tehran, but the hotel is not clean and the staff is nice and respectful. Mr. Abbasi is one of the good restaurant and catering staff.The housekeeping is excellent, the rooms are not clean . The bathroom is regular with good water pressure. There are free items in the rooms and the sheets are changed regularly. I don't recommend staying at the hotel to everyone.

Really excellent stay, staff were amazing and friendly. They were really helpful when we checked in and let us do a bag drop earlier in the day and when rooms get ready with no additional charges for early ci they gave us room. Thank you so much. Room was comfortable and designed well. Restaurant was geart.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel; that was terrible and awful; staff were rude and impolite; breakfast was terrible, so bread was moldy.... Our room wasnt clean, mr kelari the manager of hotel was very rude and impolite and rough person.i didnt recommend this hotel. please never book this hotel...

The hotel deserves 5 stars it is in superb location, Grand hotel made particularly special by the beneficent staff. Our room was large, and balcony on room 522 was big but it was closed and our shower was also big with high peressure of water. we couldn't have been happier.۵

Four night stay in this hotel. Room was well presented with free coffee in the minibar.Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made our stay more enjoyable.Breakfast was also fairly priced but we only had two days where we availed ourselves to it.

A great selection of 3-star hotels in kish island. This hotel was located near Grand Recreational Pier, Venus Mall and Maryam Shopping Center with Bowling complex.Amenities include 2 informal restaurants, a coffee shop and gardens.

I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Teheran. The hotel is located centrally in a very safe neighbourhood. The service is excellent and the staff is very polite. I also enjoyed breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Water, tea, coffee, sweets and new bath cosmetics are provided daily.

The room was classy, big and immaculate clean. They also have everything you need in the room tea, mini bar, hair dryer coffee , slipper safety box ... it really felt like someone had thought about the guests stay. I can not think of anything I did not enjoyed. I will come back for sure.

The hotel is clean but old. It is near the beach and shopping malls. It does not have professional staff and has very poor house keeping.The breakfast is reasonable for a 3 star hotel and unfortunately the wifi was disconnected during our stay.

Brilliant location just off the Strand and near to any important center and various shops. The rooms are large and well utilised with coffee, tea and plates and cutlery. Would definitely recommend for everyone wanting a great stay in TehranStaff at reception are friendly and followed our hormony

1. The hotel is very clean and the location is OK. 2. The staff is enthusiastic and the overall environment is OK. 3. Many Chinese people come here to stay, and I will consider it next time. 4. The hotel lobby is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast. 5. There are many kinds of breakfast, many people eat, and the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic. 6. The room facilities are complete, and there are tea and coffee to choose from. The bathroom is also very spacious.There are many shops around, and it is convenient to eat. There is also a safe in the room, the air conditioning is also very comfortable, the wifi signal is good, and you can keep communicating all the time. The single bed is very large and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect of the room is also good.

I visited Hotel Tehran three years ago when I traveled from U.S and returned back to this hotel due to my many great experiences. I have been staying here since August 5th and plan to stay for another two weeks.Of corse there are many little things I was not happy about but the staff jumped into correcting the matters as soon as I complained. The staff are very friendly and treat you as family! When I explained my discomfort in one room, one of the staffs Mr. Nikpoor gratuitously discussed it with the Manager Mr. Akbari to upgrade my room and the manager personally contacted me to make sure I am welcomed. The room I am occupying is very clean and comfortable and honestly meet the four standard rating of any hotel in US. I had to also spend two weeks in another so called five star hotel in July that made me come back to Hotel Tehran.The hotel lobby is beautifully renovated, the location is magnificent for any type of business , the food I am not so crazy about and can order out from many well known restaurant located around the hotel.The housekeeping is working on the round and Mrs. Ahmadi was so pleasant when I needed to stay in my room after my surprise surgery.The restaurant staff were so understanding to accommodate my breakfast in my room while I was not able to use the restaurant after my kidney surgery.The business room with a computer AND a printer saved me a lot of time running my business from the hotel.Overall you definitely will enjoy your time here while you don’t go bankrupt with some other crazy hotel prices.
