Shayan Hotel is one of the most famous five-star hotels on Kish Island, which was opened in 1972 and is considered one of the largest and most luxurious hotels in southern Iran. The night party and live music restaurant of the hotel was very attractive and was held in a very pleasant environment and created a good experience. The green space of the hotel was also very wide and exciting and clean. The migratory and native birds of the region were spectacular at the time of sunrise and sunset in the hotel garden.

We had a very good stay in this hotel. It was a good travel experience. The location was very good. It was close to everything. The sea view was very attractive in the room. We had very delicious and good seafood. The hotel staff were very respectful and hospitable.

My family and I stayed for about 10 days And The whole experience was awesome. the hotel it self was near a beach and the down town surrounding with malls, the hotels staff were very welcoming and kind, their Restaurant, coffee shop and amenities for example (The adult and kids swimming pools, massage, gym equipment, stores, sauna and etc...) were great we enjoyed most of them. also we were very satisficed with the Triple room we were given, the room had a small refrigerator, some teabags beside the electric kettle, a safe with numpad, and everything other 5 star hotels should have. i also checked their tours for other places like (malls and entertainment facilities historical and native areas in kish and more) i wish that there were more entertainment facilities or more sports features in the hotel like few gaming consoles or other kinds of entertainment and tennis ground or more beach sports. id recommend that to visit the kish island in cold season like fall or winter to have experience the most out of your trip

We stayed in this hotel for a few days with our family. Shayan Hotel has a very good restaurant and breakfast, and the variety of hot and cold breakfast is great. Our agostic is designed between the walls in such a way that you have complete silence in the room. Each room has its own terrace and the rooms are not superior to each other.

Location: Situated on the North East coast of Kish Island, Shayan is an art deco style building a stones throw from the beach, and just a short walk away from Kish statue park, and a few shopping centres including Venus and Kish Trade Centre.Grounds: The gardens are extremely well maintained with a host of local fauna and flora, including several amazing inverted root date trees, apparently well over 200 years old. (Photo below). There is an outdoor pool, yet with this being Iran, its for decoration only. The end of the grounds lead onto the pier and beach.Rooms: We went with a 'duplex' style room which had a highly recommended sea view. (Photos below). Great size, with comfy bed and usual facilities. Much like the rest of the hotel, the decoration is dated to say the least, with the corridors reminding me of a scene from 'The Shining'. However, there is plenty of cupboard space and a large bathroom.Facilities: Pool, gym amd sauna all currently closed due to Covid 19, which is understandable. The restaurant serves breakfast to guests between 0800 amdn1000, and includes all the usual items, from breads to juices, and eggs to sausages. It does get rather busy at around 0930 for the final rush, so come quick.Lunch is not included, but having tried it once, much like the rest of Kish, in terms of Iranian standards, its on the pricey side, but, the food was great.There is a tourist office in the hotel which arranges all the usual watersports and entertainment, however, with a little shopping around and dealing directly with water sporr clubs and boats, you can get a cheaper price.Staff: Friendly and caring. Very warn Persian welcome and hospitality.Overall: Great for families, great location and worth a visit.

the hotel is one of the most famous hotels in Kish island. it is located in a very good area next to the see and besides a quay which is very popular among people for walking and watching the sea. the yard has a water pond and nice balcony next to the sea. in the lobby there is always a good pianist who makes the guests busy and happy. the rooms have nice view to the sea or to the garden (based on the orientation) which is usually full of red flowers and green trees. rooms are big with balcony.however, the rooms are old and really need renovation. the carpet has to be changed and bathroom needs fundamental repair and new decoration shall be in place. the food in restaurant is not of a high quality and is expensive. the staff in restaurant are not friendly and not well behaved. i think the management of hotel should adapt better health protocols during pandemic. i highly recommend that guests come to breakfast based on a time table or according to the amount of crowed. i saw no efforts during pandemic in the restaurant especially during breakfast which i should confess was not significant for other guests (but for me was crucial) .

we were there for cycle meeting with my team in company . hotel is one of the first 5 star in kish has been built . recently they renovate is . rooms are good and bathroom is good . internet was stable . staff are great and very friendly and supportive .breakfast is fair

I liked the building itself quite a lot. it's architecture ( apart from new renovation) is charming.we were staying in a room with a view towards island for a night. the balcony was great and the breezing was so refreshing.What I didnt like much was the new renovation done in the hotel, totally detach from the the atmosphere of the building.the quality of breakfast was just average... it had variety, but I prefer less option with better quality. ( for example U cant have real coffee, or fresh orange juice or the fried egg was cold).we had coffee in the coffee shop and a cake, none were good comparing to the price we paid.staff were friendly.

As a handicapped person I chose this hotel since it is ok for wheelchairs. Well this statement is just 80% true but it propably is better than many of the others.Everything including the staff is a bit old fashioned and slow but ok.Breakfast is wonderful, the beach and the town are near.
