darvishi is one of the five-star hotels in Mashhad. The distance from the hotel to the shrine of Imam Reza is very close. It is about ten minutes walk to the shrine. The hotel lobby is nice. Breakfast is buffet style, but the quality of the food is normal. On peak days you must book in advance because the hotel is crowded.

The worst five-star hotel you can go to. The attitude of the staff is not good. The hotel is not clean and stylish at all. Very messy and dirty. Drink a glass of water, leave it in the lobby and see it there for 3 days. If you need to clean the room, you have to wait a day, maybe someone will help you. Very ordinary breakfast. Old and broken room furniture.

Darvishi hotel is one of the best hotels in iran. hotel has best location in mashhad town.rooms designed very well by best price.staffs are so polite and kind.i stay several time in this hotel with my family.I will choose this hotel whenever I want to travel to mashhad. Mr.Darvishi who owner of hotel is very kind person and he has special attention to passenger point. i used to met him in the hotel elevator .hotel has special offer for their royal rooms .you can book your room on their website.

This was our 2nd visit to Mashhad after 20 years and we were overwhelmed wt this hotels service and beautiful construction. The staff were indeed one of the nicest but hardly understood English. They should try and keep English speaking staff as its an International hotel. Breakfast was awesome! Restaurants had great continental food! Location- far from shrine of IMAM RIDHA AS, only disadvantage! Might have to take taxi or a good 25 min walk to shrine.Great place to stay!

about one year ago I went to this hotel. lobby was great. rooms design was creative. some rooms had spa. some room was decorated like a historical palace. spa, restaurants and everything was great but i didn't smile on personnel face! they weren't friendly!من حدود یکسال پیش به این هتل رفتم. خب در زمان ساختش حتما این هتل یکی از بهترین ها بوده ولی الان در برابر بقیه هتل های لوکس مشهد خیلی حرفی برای گفتن نداره.در کل همه چیز خوب بود ولی احساس دوستانه بودن و فرندلی بودن تو این هتل اصلا احساس نمیشد.

The hotel is clean and this is the only good thing about it!the design is terrible!I believe that the designer had never visited any modern hotel before!the breakfast was so simple even less quality than diamond ghasr (4 star) hotel!the spa room was sooooo noisy even you could not hear the light music!It was my first and definitly last visit of this hotel.👎👎👎

I booked a 4 bed room, room dimensions were not the same as in website. No regular room service. I had to change the room twice. Restaurant and food quality is lower than a local low quality stale.It is not as good as expected.

My imagination about this hotel was a royal place with royal services, but i didn't see such a thing.The price is hight but it's not appropriate with the behavior and services they gave to me.I booked this hotel from my workplace and through a reservation center.Unfortunately,my flight from Tehran to Mashhad was 6 hours late and when i arrived it was 6 am and i had late check in and few hour to rest in my room. Reservation desk told me you have teo reservations and should charge twice. They didn't charge it and at last i checked in.My room card didn't work with elevator sensor and for going to my room i should wait for someone to come by chance and the worse thing was that the reception knew my room card doesn't work well and he didn't change it. My room was 818 and i shocked when i entered, i could compare it in some aspects to 3 star hotel in other countries,room accessories especially in bath need repairs, there were some spoiled on the curtain in the bath which wasn't interesting. Anyway ,i take shower and went for breakfast. When the restaurant supervisor checked my name, he didn't find a room with my name and when he asked reception nothing changed, he though that i had a early check in, instead of late one and told my breakfast would charge on my room and it's not concluded(It was another shock for me).Anyway, i checked out on time and nobody told nothing about by birthday,i choose this hotel because it was an especial day for me and I thought they are especial. I also have to admit the breakfast was good but i didn't like their coffee.It didn't find it a royal hotel and don't expect.

that was an excellent hotel the service was excellent and rooms are very clean the staffs were very polite that trip was my best experience in iran thank you from mr darvishi and staffs. i recommend this hotel to the travellers

I reserved this hotel for my whole vacation last month of Ramadhan, but actually I stayed only for 4 days!I asked for a suite for 4 persons, they gave me a room with a small sitting area in which they take out the sofas & put 2 single beds, it was very small to accommodate 4 persons!The bathroom was not clean, needs maintainence.The saffs are not friendly at all.The salad buffet is terrible.A la carte menu is somehow acceptable.It was my first & definitely the last stay in this hotel.It does not deserve the 5 stars rank, it is only 3 stars!
