This complex, with high-quality construction in 3 phases, and providing services comparable to 3-star hotels, is ready to accommodate guests. Phase 1 consists of 21 villa units with various 2, 3, and 4-bed rooms, which have a pleasant environment and charming green spaces, and was constructed in the year 2011. Phase 2 of the complex includes the main building with 5 floors, featuring a rain lounge, Naseem coffee shop, Nakhl restaurant, conference hall and movie screening room, and 36 rooms consisting of single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, which started operating in the year 2014.

When we pay very cheap for a Hotel we should not expect the service and facilities of a 5 star hotel, there are lots of good hotels on the island and it is easy to book them and to pay like a rich.I guessed where i am going to stay when i booked this place, for the cheapest option on the island it is clear what we can expect.The room was old, the bathroom was not clean, the bed linen was not as i like.So what i did, i took my own slipper, shampoo, Towel, Bed linen and pillow case from home to make a safer sleep and shower for myself and it was a good idea.I was on budget and i should accept the situation of cheap hotels. Otherwise i should pay more and go to a nice 5 star hotelIt is not possible to pay for the cheapest hotel but to have high expectations.

From the status of the Prices you may think before you decide to say ( Hey! We just want a place to sleep at night!)This hotel is so rundown and dirty, which I wouldn’t suggest anyone with any level of budget to stay here, Why? Because the rooms are extremely destroyed and filthy which you can’t even sleep at night. With very little bit of more you would get better place to stay.Safety is another issue at this hotel, few times bike equipment’s have been stolen from the guests.

The worth hotelin the island . Never go there . Staffs are impolite and rooms are dirty. Never never bever stay there . Stay at park but never go there. Awful . We payed 70$ per night and we achived nothing

there was quiet,green,clean place with kind staff.Daily mall service,arrival transport from airport,breakfast and intenet at lobby is included.there is a tourism room that you can buy tickets for enterntainmets...
