Fantastic time in a fantastic place .Everything was good , great stuff , delicious breakfast with a lovely atmosphere 🤌🏼👌🏼😍Rooms was clean and comfortable . My room had a beautiful balcony .Good wifi , quiet place.Thanks to the hotel and stuffs also

I have traveled and stayed in so many Hotels all over the world, and this Hotel has by far the worst hospitable management. From the Housekeeping manager who was extremely rude and argumentive about any issues that was brought to her attention to the Hotel's general manager who was ready to call in the authorities if he didn't agree with your complaint.They both behaved as if though they were doing you, the customer, a favor for staying at the Elisee Hotel. Hospitality, and customer service does not exist in this Hotel's management book.

I had a business trip to Shiraz and spent two days in Elysee hotel. the hotel is cozy and have a friendly environment. the room are pretty neat and everything was packed because of COVID-19 pandemic situation. staff are so polite and helpful. although i should have waited until 2 pm to checked in, they provided me with a room at 11. there was a friendly welcome note by hotel manager written in Persian calligraphy which brought a big smile on my face.the location is very pleasant and accessibility is good as well

Stayed here 4 nights in twin room 6th floor. Room was great - super clean, well equipped, nice small balcony. Daily housekeeping was fantastic and they never missed a thing. Breakfast was extensive and good quality. Staff friendly and super professional. Nice communal areas. Couple of minor downsides - pool and gym were closed due to Covid, I struggle to accept this was really necessary under current levels. Other minor issue is nighttime noise - some kind of generator or air extraction loud humming noise I could here in my room at night. I could hear it through earplugs. It was hard to pinpoint it exactly but it was also evident the corridor outside, so not room specific. If returning is ask for a room in a different part of hotel

If you want to stay in Shiraz, this is the place to be. Very professional staff, good breakfast with lots of variety, I enjoyed my stay. We stayed at royal suite . The hotel has two story parking. Concierge was helpful to guide us to plan our visit to historical places.

I am very happy that I chose this hotel to stay.Very clean rooms and environment. Behavior of the staff was very good and professional.The restaurant was very clean and the food quality was very good. Of course, the quality of pizza was normal, but other foods were very delicious.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, family oriented. Great location for family get away”I will definitely stay at this property again. The beds were comfortable, check-in was fast and easy.Everything was good and ready the room was omg the view of the sunrise and sunset was lovely I recommend this anyone

Nice hotel and very welcoming people. Breakfast was amazing on each day. Definitely worth the money. Very calm area with many shops and eateries. The rooms are well maintained and modern and the staff were kind aswell. Also the restaurant serves some amazing dishes.

Very comfortable rooms, our room had a pre-room which facilitates on family trips. Very good reception, very nice the hotel outside. Clean and nice. I recommend 100%In addition, the hotel seems to be located in a good neighborhood with marketplace in front and a street full of shops very close for any need

Any time that i should travel to Shiraz for some bussiness , i prefer to stay in elysee hotel . It was one of the most comfortable and clean hotel . Also the staff are extremely friendly! Would definitely stay again if i came back this way .
