It was a good hotel, clean, polite staff and big rooms. The best thing about this hotel is it's location if you are interested to go the holy shrine as soon as possible anytime because the back door opens inside the Haram. What I did not like about here was poor and limited options of lunches and dinners.

It's a five star hotel in the kingdom of Eighth Holy and infallible, Imam Ali IBN Musa Reza A.S., The grandson of The seal of Prophets, Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon them and their entire infallible progeny.Excellent hotel with excellent management in allmost all areas hotel industry.

Service was very poor. I have never reviewed hotels before even if something was lacking. However, this one was something else.The receptionist and other staff were so rude. Despite being in the perfect location, I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, recently refurbished, clean rooms and showers, friendly English speaking staff, outstanding buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner (well worth going full board).Close to shrine and local markets . We were a group of 10, 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 elderly parents. Being so close helped when going out in the midday heat.During our 2 week stay in Iran this by far was the best hotel we stayed in. A true 5* hotel. Perfect in every aspect!
