The rates for Iranian and non-Iranian passengers are different. The accommodation fee for children up to 5 years is free if they do not use the additional service. The cost of accommodation for children 5 to 10 years old is half price. The cost of accommodation for children over 10 years old is calculated as full price. In general, the extra person in the cottages is not given an extra bed in any way, and the couch inside the suite or the mattress must be used. The couch inside the cottages is not a folding bed, it is just cushions on both sides. Additional service is provided in the form of a folding bed in the Shahneshin mansion. The entrance to the cottages of the two independent units is completely separate and they are approximately 50 to 60 steps away from each other. The additional service of wooden huts is provided to the guests in the form of a floor service. Suite 101 has a twin bed and is the closest suite to the restaurant. (The suite is about 15 to 20 steps away from the restaurant terrace and is more of a problem due to the violation of privacy than the noise) Acceptance of a passenger with a valid letter of acceptance is unimpeded, and it is mandatory to present a birth certificate and valid identity documents at the time of acceptance. The bathroom of all the rooms is like a bathroom. The heating system of the hotel is in the form of heating and split and the cooling system is in the form of split.
