I stayed at Chamran grand hotel on August 2024 for 3 or 4 nights. At the checkin I realized that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and it was hot and unfortunately rooms were the same. I saw 2 or 3 rooms to choose but all were the same and I had to choose one and I did. The room size was good with all cover glass window overlooking gardens of Ghasrdasht and khoshk river which was good but the size of twin bed was very small for a couple. The mattress also was so uncomfortable and hard stiff as well as the pillows. On the other hand the breakfast areas which changed to another place during my stay were both good with goid view of shiraz city , with variety of cooked and baked items as well as drinks. They didn’t have the coffee machine that you can make your coffee. The most recognizable thing I can mention was a smiley old baker who baked iranian bread Naan and delivered hot bread to our tables he was very welcoming friendly and gentle. I really enjoyed my breakfast times throughout my stay. But at the end , As I stayed in other hotels in shiraz as I m a shiraz born native man , i must say , I can’t recommend this hotel for staying unfortunately to visitors because of compelling reasons but you can enjoy their breakfast as a visitor when you are around.

This is a great deal with unparalleled services and a lot of luxury, even if you are an adulterer and use it as a rim in a nearby car. This restaurant has an extraordinarily high level of comfort and convenience. Any house in this area can be distinguished from it.

modern skyscraper hotel in the beautiful city of Shirazbig, clean rooms, nice bathroomwe stayed at the 14th floornice restaurant on the 24th floor with nice view on the citythe restaurant is also for breakfastthe staff is very young, not very well trained by the unfriendly male manager.we had Beef Stroganoff Filet, okvery good Shirazi Salad.Breafast buffet style was very good, excellent different bread

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Shiraz for 5 days and unfortunately we are very disappointed. We had booked a VIP suite and arrived at around 1pm. Although the suite was clean, the air conditioning was not working, resulting in a room temperature of 28 degrees. We complained about the heat in the afternoon but were told we would have to wait for the air conditioning to be turned down. This did not happen. In addition, the VIP room smelled of feces, a problem that the staff was aware of.It was not until around 1am that a technician arrived and informed us that there had been a technical problem for three months and that the main control panel was set at 28 degrees. We were advised to open the windows, which we could not accept. We then changed rooms.The temperature in the other room was also 28 degrees. We were also woken up at 6am by the noise from the kitchen on the 21st floor. After complaining again, we were given a double room on the 14th floor, but the double bed was so hard that we had to switch to two single beds.Despite our complaints, we had to pay for the VIP room even though we didn't sleep there. After much back and forth, we were only charged for one night as VIPs. Breakfast was a disaster: we stood in line for a long time because about 300 people wanted to have breakfast at the same time. There is also no wellness area for women, only for men, which is very disappointing.

Additionally, the hotel staff are extremely polite and friendly, reflecting the famous hospitality of Shiraz.The hotel features several excellent restaurants, including a traditional restaurant on the basement floor, a café in the lobby, a fast-food restaurant on the first floor, and a rooftop restaurant on the 25th floor with a DJ and vibrant lighting. The food quality is outstanding, with a variety of options to suit different tastes.The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the mattresses are a bit firm, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, the overall cleanliness and amenities of the rooms are highly satisfactory.Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent location, with easy access to the city's main highways and affordable taxi fares, making it a convenient choice for tourists.Overall, I highly recommend Chamran Hotel for an enjoyable stay in Shiraz.

I stayed at Chamran Grand Hotel Shiraz for one night in late December 2023. In summary, the hotel's strengths lie in the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, along with the courteous and respectful attitude of the staff.Compared to my previous stay at this hotel (5 years ago), the room ventilation and heating system has significantly improved, providing a comfortable atmosphere for accommodation. The hotel pool is available for gentlemen until 10:30 PM.However, the quality and variety of the main restaurant's buffet, for a 5-star hotel, fall short, with dinner menu repeating lunch items and overall mediocre quality and poor variety. The internet speed and stability in the hotel are also notably weak.

i was satisfied about staying in chamran grand hotel. my room was good with good view. in early morning water was cold but in 8 o'clock it become warm and i got shower after breakfast.breakfast buffet has good options
