Espinas International sits on the posh Keshavarz Boulevard.The guest room is clean, nicely carpeted, with granite tiles in the foyer. Woodwork is of high quality - it had a great looking massive door, a modern glass top desk with classy side cabinetry, a long narrow ledge table, and night tables that complemented the nearby wardrobe cabinetry. We thought the clothes cabinet was a bit too narrow - and short because of the electronic safe. We appreciated the beautiful wallpaper, the new style headboard with leather cushion and wood, and the foot sofa. Curtains had both sheer and blackout, which was appreciated.There were plenty of electrical outlets for our various devices- nice, and the light switches were very modern in style. There was no art on the walls at all, which was a bit disappointing. The AC controls were intuitive - and actually worked. There were plenty of mirrors and all of them were nicely framed.A major complaint was the T&B - it was too small. The sink was too near the water closet and the triangular shower area was hard to move around in. The TV was also too small - I didn't know hotels still provided such small screens? A minor complaint was the glass-door minibar - there was no wooden cover in the cabinet so the ref light was a major distraction when you put out all the lights.Breakfast was at Boulevard 126 - an impressive place with beautiful tables set far apart, great window views the entire length, and decor was classy. Food was of very high standard you’d expect from a 5 star hotel - egg station, lots of veggies both cooked and raw, fruits, juices (but no orange juice?), breads and sweet breads with bread heaters, detox water, cold cuts, cheeses, and of course several types of yogurt. They didn't serve coffee - you served yourself from the coffee station. The cooks were attentive, always checking on quantity left. But the waitresses didn't seem to be very professional - you see them but they were not picking up plates in a timely manner.The front desk took our passports and only gave them back at check out. I thought the hotel got caught in a time warp, until I found out that the other Iranian hotels we stayed in later also did the same thing. It was a 'government thing'. And they asked for five minutes to check the room and mini-bar. What?! And then it hit me - they couldn't take a foreigner's credit card upon check-in because foreign credit cards didn't work in Iran! So they had no way to chase a guest for additional charges so they had to check before letting you go.

This hotel was recommended by the host of an event we were coming to Tehran for and we are so glad we took them up on the suggestion. We were welcomed so warmly by the front desk staff. Our room wasn't quite ready (we were early), but reception made a lovely point of contact, making our interaction very personal and Housekeeping prepared the room. Even though it is a large, busy, hotel, The room was impeccably clean, with the comfortable bed oriented towards the view of north Tehran. We also took advantage of the well appointed gym, the available coffee shop, The breakfast was very good .

I was quite disappointed with how dated the hotel is and the rooms are in urgent need of modernisation. I was there with my 13 year old son and we were looking forward to a nice stay. During booking and on arrival I made it clear I did not want a smoker room and was told they do not have any other room to offer. We found the room strongly smelling tobacco and the man carrying our luggage pulled some strings to change our room. The Asian restaurant on top floor played loud music with a DJ and not many people. We did not stay. The other restaurant in the building was very uninteresting with average food that was disappointing. We did not get to see the swimming pool and gym facilities as it was available to men only in late late afternoon but the entrance area was pretty rubbish. The reception staff were neither friendly or unfriendly, just indifferend. It is fine for them to have awarded themselves five stars but they fall well short of any stars in my opinion. We moved the next morning and I found a brand new hotel next door that was of much higher quality and cheaper rates.

This was the second time we have stayed here, very pleased with the hotel, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, from the porters, office and reception staff to those who look after the rooms. The only small drawback is the showers in the rooms are now in need of updating. This however will not put me off from staying here again.

Peace. From Multimedia Saleide, which is its saloon, Multimedia Bar Meiman En Hotel, the situation is always well-organized and more important than the staff, who are very responsible. Hello. I am a very picky person and always complain about the smallest things and we have been choosing the Espinas Hotel for many years. Because this hotel is truly a unique hotel and in every way it suits our taste and the entire hotel is always clean and tidy and the hotel staff are as friendly and nice as possible with the guests and always try to keep the guests satisfied and in my opinion this is a great advantage for the hotel to have such staff. Last night we needed to buy some medicine and Mr. Bellboy Naderi took the trouble to buy these medicines and provided them for us in this cold weather. We really needed to thank him and the hotel somewhere so we decided to do this with a good comment and thank you. Thank you.

I am a Canadian from Toronto Ontario. I came here with my husband who was born in Iran as he wanted to show me his country of birth. We stayed at Espinas International Hotel. Our experience here has been beyond our expectations. The staff here are professionals who truly care about their guests. The staff here are friendly and treat us like their family. The staff, including the concierge, front desk, restaurant staff, cleaning staff exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time in their lobby/coffee shop lounge area called the Atrium and their coffee & dessert are delicious. The food on the second floor is delicious and such variety. From the moment I stepped into the grand entrance, I was enveloped in a sense of exquisite luxury and impeccable service.The accommodations are outstanding. My room, a spacious suite overlooking the city skyline, was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and classic elegance. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the luxurious bedding to the exquisite artwork that adorns the walls.What truly sets Hotel Espinas apart is its commitment to delivering an unparalleled guest experience. The staff is not only attentive but attentive. They anticipated my needs before I had a chance to express them. From the warm welcome upon check-in to the personalized recommendations from the waiters, especially Mr. Naderi, I felt like a valued guest throughout my entire stay.Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary experience I won't soon forget.
