You get what is expected of a 5 star hotel, with all the amenities, service and cleanliness. The coffee shop menu is limited, the restaurant food was excellent, the breakfast bar is fantastic, with an omelet chef, although their bread selection is limited. The staff was friendly and polite. But mostly I liked how everything was so sanitized and clean and the towels in the room where individually sealed. Also the hotel has everything you need in the room. So you don’t need to bring anything with you! One negative point: if you drive to the hotel, it’s very difficult to get to and out of because of the roundabout by the hotel and how it’s set up.

My first time was great I’m really happy that i had great experience in Kaya Laleh park hotel in tabriz its small turkey.The turkish manager isa bay was nice.Service in brilliant.I will come more and more to tabriz to stay in this great hotel .Great great great

The best international hotel in Iran, by all means, easy to book, excellent access right next to the lively mall in Tabriz,Superb breakfast, brand new rooms, extremely clean, and finally they actually listen to tour request before going through their checklist of dos and donts

For sure one of the best hotels or the best in Iran. Clean, professionally designed. Comfortable rooms with good service. Breakfast is very good too and lots of options. The only proposal I have is to train their coffeeshop people to be more attentive.If you are visiting Tabriz, do not think about any other hotel. Breakfast is very good

I’m from California and traveling through Europe and the Middle East I have found a big difference in star ranking of hotels. However, this hotel would be classified as a TRUE 5 Star Hotel for Iran.The lobby is quite large and beautifully decorated. The staff is polite and helpful.We got the “Executive Suite”. The difference between the “Junior” and “Executive” is the Executive Suite has the separate door to the bedroom. The room had a separate sitting area, 2 TV’s, comfortable bed/pillows, 2 bathrooms, and a standing shower and a tub. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.When calling to make a reservation we were informed if booked online the prices are 45% less then booking at the hotel. The hotel is adjacent to the Laleh Park Shopping Center.Highly Recommend!

Among the hotels I have stayed in Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz and other cities in Iran for last few years, Kaya Laleh Park Hotel is the best hotel in terms of overall experience.Facility: very new, clean and meeting international standard. (There are many expensive hotels in Iran but I could not feel the international/global standard in those hotels. Many of them seemed somehow outdated. )Room: Room has very comfy bed, useful closet, clean and stylish bathroom with rainforest shower. Again I could feel international standard.Food:I had buffet breakfast and lunch on 2nd floor restaurant. Both food and service were good.Location: it's not inside the center of city but located near highway so access from airport is very smooth. (To city 15-20mins) There is a very new shopping mall right next to the hotel. If you are too tired to go to city centre, you can have good food court and restaurants just few steps away from the hotel door. (I enjoyed Turkish fastfood! )Very friendly staff: everyone was so friendly and helpful but I want to highlight reception and concierge desk! They were exceptionally polite and helpful. (Everyone spoke English)Price: for the quality of hotel, I felt it is not that expensive. (Some hotels are over priced in Iran...)Overall, i am very satisfied for my stay. I will go back to Kaya Laleh Park when i visit Tabriz again!Highly recommend!

Reception and Staff: Professional, polite and intimate (100/100)Rooms and Bathroom Service: The room was clean and tidy, designed in modern style and cozy atmosphere. Our bathroom didn't have bathtub (90/100)Breakfast: Very pleasant in variety and taste (100/100)Quiet and Cozy: Very Satisfactory (90/100)Services: It is done if you want. They arrange the room, clean the bathroom service, change the towel, etc. (80/100)Balcony and View: None of rooms have balcony. But the view of them is good and satisfactory because the hotel has been located in uptown of Tabriz (80/100)Hotel Lobby: It is big enough with a lot of sofa and a coffee shop with intimate staff. Sometimes someone play a piano in the lobby. (90/100)In addition, a modern shopping mall(Lale Park Shopping Mall) is located next to the hotel and there is an enterance gate from the hotel lobby to that.

It is a quiet and clean hotel that we loved it.prsure of water was fast but there was not bathtub in the bath which is my favorit,s son. Abot the cleaning every day room would be cleaned and changed towels.it is located in the city center. There is taxi service at 24 hour.

as a matter of fact i used to stay in various 5 star hotels around the world , but this one was not in a range of 5 star first of all staffs have got an awful English accent and impolite behave , decoration was not Satisfactory . in comparison with all i have seen before it is not a real 5 star

The breakfast was very good, the staff could speak Turkish and this made things much easier for us. It was Next to the shopping centre where we found some good authentic presents. Ample rooms and comfortable bed.
