The breakfast was excellent. The decoration was very nice. Almas is a Persian word for diamond. The hotel is very clean and excellent, the architecture and design of the rooms are beautiful and unique. Hot breakfast with new models of food available every day. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish, classy and clean and gives a unique feeling to the traveler.

The response of the staff was satisfactory.The reception was very respectful.The quality of the food was not the same as before, but the appetizer and dessert were very tasty and excellent.Hotel services such as photography, housekeeping, and coffee shop provided good services, and overall, a good memory of this trip was remembered.

The hotel was very nice, and fantastic with brilliant personnel. The room was cozy with great facilities.. As well as a great restaurant.. With a nice variety of foods meaning you had the possibility of choosing your favorite food.. It made our journey memorable for sure.

I had stayed in this hotel for meeting . As frankly speaking I was surprised when I saw the new spa part in this friendly hotel I would like to thank for their hospitality and making good time in our meeting . We enjoyed from coffeeshop and also the roof cafe' . The restaurant menu was buffet and also we had chance for order variety of Mashhad's Kabab actually that was delicious.

Probably the best hotel I've ever been to!Everything was of high quality there, the staff was so friendly, and you could vividly feel being cared for during your stay.The staff was so kind, respected, and caring. They prepared us anything we needed. Rooms were clean and big (you had enough space to do different activities in the middle area of the room), and interior stuff were lovely, new, and well-chosen.Pillows, bed, TV, praying cloth, tea service, electric and control systems (light, AC, etc.), bathroom and jacuzzi, food, breakfast, café, pool, transfer, location, restaurants, and elevators, all and all were just PERFECT!

I stayed with my wife and 10-year-old daughter for four nights at Almas 2 Hotel. The room, the mattress and pillows, the bathroom and most importantly for me the carpet on the floor were excellent and clean. The breakfast quality was very high and varied. I didn't count, but I think more than 100 types of hot and cold food are served for breakfast. Hot breakfast with new models of food available to you every day. The cleanliness of the restaurant's tables and chairs is unique, as well as the way the staff behaves, which is extremely respectful. It has a beautiful revolving restaurant and roof garden. It has very high speed elevators that you hardly have to wait. The carpets in the corridors and public spaces were very clean. The coffee shop also had quality service. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish, classy and clean and gives a unique feeling to the traveler. The asian toilets inside the floors are cleaned several times a day and there is no particular problem, but the quality of the faucets and wash basins is not as high as the toilets inside the rooms. By the luck of my wife's birthday, one of the days of our stay at the hotel, we were surprised by a small party at the roof garden and a free cake. The ventilation of the rooms was not a problem. The parking lot was without any problem and of course they also welcome passengers at the airport, which didn't work for us because we went by private car. All in all, we are completely satisfied with our stay and we have no negative thoughts about the hotel and its staff.

The room and bed stuffs were tidy and comfortable.The breakfast was buffet and really it had a large variety of almost everything, including sweets, cheese, jambons, all kinds of eggs, pancake, waffle, hot and cold juices....The restaurant is located at 17th floor and has a great view.The other two restaurants are also good, The panorama one with sea food and the one with fast food.The hotel staffs were welcoming and responsible.The pool was tidy and quiet, it wasn't crowded at all, it has spa, jacuzzi, ...Good to swim and relaxIt only takes 20 minutes walking to Haram.

First of all I have to say that I really, really regret going to this hotel. for some reasons:1. The quality of the hotel's double rooms is very low.2. Some rooms have damp ceilings.3. The windows of the rooms facing the street are mostly broken and in winter you have to use the heater inside the room.4. The quality of the beds is relatively low.5. The quality of dinner service is low due to the small number of staff and almost 70% of the menu is not provided.6. In general, I do not consider this hotel as a 4-star hotel and I can give it 2 stars with kindness.

We stayed about two weeks in the hotel and were in several different rooms, including a one-bedroom suite, a 3-bed room, and connected rooms. They all were quite clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable too. The hotel staff are so professional and well educated too. The quality and variety of the foods were good. Also, every time we ordered from the coffee shop to bring to our room, they brought our order very quickly, nevertheless, we were at the high peak time and the hotel was fully occupied. One of the best features as it is within walking distance of the Holy Shrine.Highly recommended to those who want a hotel with good quality and facilities at a reasonable price.

It is suggested that customers can reserve lunch. Improve the quality of restaurant food in self-service mode. Training of restaurant staff in speaking fluently with customers and not using native speech and accent.Overall, the hotel was very good and I suggest that you definitely use the hotel's facilities.

Before reservation, select the room architecture and exact color of the type you want to order as my preferred room was available in different color theme, I asked reservation and they did it exactly the way I desired.Just call directly to the hotel reservation and ask for this color theme prefrence if it is this much important to you, and double check it with them before online payment.Breakfast was unbelievably tasty and it was something more than variety. 😋👍The staff were totaly polite and professional. Although (shame on me) I didint have cash for the tip, none of them looked as they were waiting for the tip.The bathroom was exactly and truely the sample of what you mean by the word "clean".You get a free memorable pic from the best part of the hotel, its phonto studio. 😍

A hotel located near the Holy Mosque of Imam al-Rida. It is distinguished by its cleanliness and good food. The female and male staff are wonderful and the smile does not leave their faces. They are very cooperative, especially with inquiries, as well as the restaurant, café, and room service. I hope the hotel management replaces the towels in the rooms because they have become old and have lost their softness. The information employee, Fahima Khanum, is a very cooperative person and tries to make things easier for the guests, as do the rest of her colleagues. I hope to visit the city again and stay in this hotel, God willing.

Staying at Almas 2 Hotel was my best trip to Mashhad. The hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms and public spaces such as the restaurant, coffee shop and lobby was excellent. The treatment of the personnel in all departments was wonderful and really conveyed a good feeling. The quality and price of the food in the restaurant and coffee shop were good, but there is room for improvement. The free transfer to and from the airport and going to the shrine was a very good possibility. The distance from the hotel to the shrine was about 15 to 20 minutes on foot and about 5 minutes by car, which was suitable from this point of view. It was possible to serve all meals in the room, which is my favorite. The follow-up and handling of the coordination and housekeeping department of the hotel was excellent. The heating and cooling system of the room was excellent. The negative point of the room, in my opinion, was the type of mattress used, which could be better, and also the presence of nylon under the top of the mattress, which was a bit annoying. Overall, the experience of staying at Almas 2 Hotel was very pleasant for me and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
