It was a very good travel experience. This hotel is one of the best in this city. It has a swimming pool and a tennis court. I suggest you travel to this beautiful hotel with your family. All the staff of this hotel are professional and polite...

Its old and Historic with poor service.it must be make again...I think its a two star hotel not 4 or 5 star...every thing is old. also, the personnel need to train again. the management must be update with new management methods.

I stayed two nights at Parsian Ramsar Hotel with my family. EnvironmentIt was very quiet, beautiful, lovely, which was a pleasure. The rooms are very clean and renovated, with a view of the forest and the sea, and it has two sets of old and new hotels, which gives a nostalgic feeling.

The hotel location and its equipment are perfect, but again and again, the personnel is not trained. They gave me a room that was not prepared and cleaned. They forgot to bring a full set of towels and slippers. The air conditioning was not prepared for hot weather so I've asked them to bring a fan.The room floor was not clean enough. There were some old slippers below the bed.Breakfast was perfect. The kid's playground was good.I suggest this hotel for families with children.TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

I stayed here for two nights in late April and in hindsight, I wished I hadn't because it's expensive and the area is not interesting at all. In fact, I'd go further and say the entire Caspian Sea front from Sari to Ramsar is not worth visiting - unless you like rain and forests. The hotel itself is fine - straddled on top of a hill so has a commanding view of the Caspian Sea though you must ask for a sea-view room or you'll get the hill or some ugly buildings behind the hotel - neither of which is particularly attractive given the price of $83-a-night which is over-priced. It's a 15-minute walk to the town centre which can be quite inconvenient. My travel agency booked it for me so I didn't have much choice. But never again. The hotel itself has two wings - one Georgian-era and the 1970s wing. Only the latter is in use and although it's been extensively redecorated, it still felt old.The bed was nice, there's an in-safe room, and bathroom was good with a bath (no plugs), cable TV and air-con. Breakfast was very good but there's no internet (there's only one internet cafe in Ramsar) on site. There are shops too for souvenirs in the hotel and general stuff but you're better off buying them in town. And just a note about getting around to other areas along the coast. The hotel can organise taxis for you but they can be very expensive. Get a safari and break up your journey by hopping from town to town - you can save over 90% on the cost.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We all felt good. Breakfast was very good with hot bread. The staff was very respectful. The internet inside the rooms was weak and needed to be strengthened. You go to the heart of history by staying in this hotel and visiting the museum and the old hotel. We will go there again soon…

I had a look inside the Hotel and, well, the other travellers are right. It is overpriced (Nevertheless you like the charm of the old Reza-Shah-Style wing of the Hotel.)If not go seaside along the long Casino Road and at the front of the old Casino you turn left to the neighboring Motel. It belongs to the same group, has the charm of the 1970s, you feel a little bit like Erich Honecker, but it is half or one-third the price.
