All around high standard ,Welcoming staff, clean rooms and toiletsRelatively big room , with shower and toiletEverything is well maintained thanks to potent management ,Price is reasonable, interior is modest and new style , there is a facility room for internet ,printer , fax ,... which is quite useful ,I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Mashhad .

I stayed once with my family last December, 2012, enjoyed the snow and ice season. Very convenient location for Imam Reza visits, close to bazar, very helpful management, excelent service, relaxing atmosphere, exquisite restaurant menue & buffet.I am looking forward to stay at Ferdous Hotel again this year InshaAllah.ShahinBahrain

we stayed at the hotel early week of November. Nice staff nice location close to shopping centres and I loved hotel's tea garden area with kinds of drinks and local music band. Clean rooms and comfort beds. Nice reception staff and nice cafe in the lobby area with professional staff. Some of standard rooms have balcony with park and malls view.

My mom had been to this hotel previously so she recommended us to stay at this place during our latest visit to Mashhad City. We did it, which was a wise decision. In comparison with other hotels in this city which I've stayed at before, as well as international standards, its considered as a standard 4 star hotel. From the minute you enter the lobby until checkout you'll be met with smiles by most of the staff. The parking incharge and cleaning people were well mannered and attentive. The quality and quantity of the breakfast was very good. Tea was served with a tea-cosy which gave a classy touch. Back to the lobby, you'll find it different to other 4 stars of the city. Different styles of couches and sofas as well as oriental and sub-continental style decor were eye catching (instead of the bling bling decorations of other hotels in the vicinity) the atmosphere is soothing and calm. This classical or contemporary design is extended inside the rooms as well. Instead of faux wood and laminate you'll find real wood which adds warmth to the room, Rooms are well lit and odorless. The negative things were the carpets which showed age and lack of tea/coffee maker inside the room. Bathroom was on the smaller side but absolutely clean with good amenities. (instead of multiple brands, you must have your own logo printed on each piece) Tiles are a bit old fashioned with some gaps, holes and sediments in some corners. (needs attention). IPTV was a bit confusing and interesting at the same time. Shrine of the Grandson of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which is the central attraction action of the city is on a walking distance (few hundred meters). All in all, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has intention of visiting the Mashhad city.

I've visited Mashhad hundred times for different purposes and I've tastes too many different hotels in Mashhad that even I didn't think about writing a review on them either positive or negative. But this hotel gave me the motivation to write my 1st review on a hotel in Mashhad.Location:less than 5 minutes to the holly shrine through the best direction (Emam Reza St,) and "Bab Ol Reza" entrance. There is no any other real 4* hotels nearer to the holly shrine. So you don't need to surf more If you like to be near the Holly Shrine. No need to taxi, bus or whatever.Staff:Hotel staffs are great. You can hardly find staffs like them in other typical hotel in Mashhad, even those carrying 5* instead of 4* (Like this hotel). Most of them can speak good English and little Arabic. They are so kind, so helpful, calm, having an smile all during the time.Breakfast:I believe it's more than the expectations of a Mashhadis 4* hotel. So various meals, fresh omelets, pancakes, different type of cheese, fruits, hot dishes, milks & juices and etc... not crowded, big enough saloon and you never stay in lines and you never wait for re-charging the dishes.Rooms:The size of the rooms are very very suitable, good furniture, very acceptable sleep quality, safe box, A/C, very clean and luxury bath, mini bar, hair dryer, and the best of all the large IPTV LCD TV with numerous free choices of movies, cartoons, musics and etc saved on the central server which the kids love it so much. Room service is fast and accurate. Lots of soaps, shampoos, tooth brushes, tooth paste, clean towels in the bathroom.Hotel facilities:Very good lobby, very cozy coffee shop, very good restaurant, taxi service, money exchange, 24hour concierge desk, free wifi internet in rooms and lobby up tp 100 MB.IF you are looking for high class place, calm and far from noisy people... book this hotel, you'll like it. Its more than 4*.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. No WiFi signals in rooms but can use WIFI in hotel lobby. No good views in any rooms , windows open to a shopping mall. the incredible point is that no bothering noises from inside and outside which means a very tranquil space to rest. rooms are very clean with snack in mini bar. very polite staff. The hotel has a restaurant in second floor which serves Kebabs, sea foods and also local cuisine. food services in room. Prices are reasonable. The best time to visit Chabahar is from early December to early June.

The weather is like spring in winter of chabahar. Unforgettable views of nature experienced in chabahar. There are many touristic places to go in chabahar. The city is growing very fast after becoming an important harbor for trading between east Europe and India.Lots of Iranian and foreign investors coming to start up a new trade investing. Also there is a north-south railway from chabahar to Europe and Russia is going to set up. Don’t miss chabahar if you like vacation and trade works together.

I was there for a short stay. The reception offered me a double room with a single room price (1650000 Rial equal 55 $ per night) the room was clean and with a new furniture. The size was good (about 32 m2) with a sofa which be able to be a bed. IPTV. No electric kettle. free mineral water (off course the tube water is drinkable). I used restaurant. the food was good (not perfect) and the price was reasonable. good air condition. The bell boy explained very well the equipment but the receptions were seen a little tired to help me.there was razors but no shaving cream!the hotel is near shrine with a 7 min walking In Emam Reza Street

I'll give it 5 stars.Actually it is quite old, but well maintained, clean with nice, helpful staffs and delicious breakfast buffet. For those who do care about the availability of internet access in the hotel, it is not for free, it costs less than US$ 1 per day.I'll choose it for sure in my next visit to Mashhad.
