This is an old premises. Lobby is very small with shabby furniture. Staff was helpful. We had two rooms in ground floor facing the street so I don't know if higher floors ( It's a 4-storey building ) have view to The Gulf as they boast in their site. The twin room was very small for two persons. The double one was slightly bigger. They don't clean the room unless you tell them or hang the " Please Clean Up Room " tag. Bathroom was clean however. No indoor or outdoor pool.Breakfast so-so. The location is fine and central. Taxi fare very cheap.My daughter left her toys in lobby but the receptionist lady confiscated them in favor of her own daughter !!In a nutshell, they claim to be a 3 star hotel, but don't think they're worth more than 2 stars.

When I was arranging my trip to kish island, I decided to pick a hotel by online trip advisors.I tried to have the best choice through all reviews but honestly I ended up disappointed.The hotel has such poor bath facilities and poor bed services like no blankets!!! We were four and none of us could get enough sleep because it got cold nights and no blankets.The breakfast wasn't too bad but with limited options.Just a pleasant traditional tea bar and a good location near some shopping malls.If I want to go back one day, I would not take sunrise hotel again.That's for sure!

As you book for this hotel and you expect a 3-star hotel, when you arrive, you will be disappointed. The building is old and rooms are not good. The prices are not reasonable with the quality you get. I like to write a good review but i can't. The breakfast is so-so. Not good nor bad.

نوروز ۹۸ تو این هتل بودمخیلی هتل قدیمی و معمولی بودلابی کوچکبرخورد کارکنان خیلی معمولیفرش و موکت کف اتاق کثیفمبلمان قدیمی و کثیففشار آب حمام و آبگرم خوبصبحانه معمولی و خوبپنیر گوجه خیار برش خورده و کره و پنیر و عسل بسته بندیهر روز یک نوع آبمیوه و تخم مرغ سرو میشه و عدسی یا سوسیسسالن غذا خوری نسبتن کوچک

It was a good hotel..rooms were quite clean ..stuff were very friendly and polite..it wasnt noisy at all and we fwlt comfortable..lobby was a bit small but well-furnished.We enjoyed the hotel as a 3 star one.
