Great breakfast and lunch buffets. Friendly staff (shout out to Latifa)! The gender-segregated pool is posh with accompanying sauna rooms. Room cleaning was always thorough. There is a babysitting facility on the ground floor, free of charge.– J from China

I absolutely loved this hotel. The service was incredible as all staff went to every effort to make our stay perfect. From delivering food to the beautiful Rooftop Garden, and our hotel room whenever we needed, to ensuring we had everything at a moments notice. Even organizing and ensuring we had tea, chai, food, and access to the pool whenever needed.What makes this hotel extra special is the Rooftop garden overlooking the holy shrine of imam ar-Rida and the haram here in Mashaad. It is an incredible view and you will feel at peace here.
