The Howeyzeh hotel is rated 4* (3 * international standard). The rating is fair.Location is central and not too far from the bazaar and Golestan Palace.Rooms are reasonable size. Decor is dated but room is functional and room servicing is good. Reception and concierge service staff could be a bit more customer friendly.WIFI in the room is slow but the WIFI in the lobby is very good.There's a nice coffee shop next to the main lobby.

Wifi wasn't great in the rooms, better in the lobby, breakfast fairly average didn't like the plastic cutlery, great location to find local eateries. Rooms were a good size and clean. Reception were not the friendliest of staff, need a bit of training on guest relationships.

My wife and I came to that place for one night.We forced to stay in Tehran because we had VFS.As a brief I should say our room was very clean , silent and we were satisfied , on the other hand that hotel had very very bad behaviour staffs , they didn't learn how to respect and served servic for guests , for example one of them called us and tried to checkout on 11 and I had to speak with she about 15 minutes about hotels international rules sayed guests have right to stay at room until 12. I feel unhappy about that palces reception workers.

Stayed early May 22. No AC available except maybe in lobby. 1102 faces west but very little wind. Ask for Fan early since they have only a few. WIFI was fair but a bit slow even late at night. Breakfast was good and room amenities were plentiful

Awful , the air conditioning system was broken in the hot weather and they just didn't make any notice before or after check in . Not even a simple apology after complaints . Very unprofessional and rude . And the wifi signal was so weak practically inaccessible

The staff behave as so they hate their job! I have been here last two nights and i am happy that it'll finish tomorrow.they don’t clean room despite my request. Yesterday i was out from morning to night but they didn't. today i asked the staff to make my room so waited for that in lobby for a long time when i returned nothing were done. then i asked again and preferred to sleep in lobby instead. at last after 3 hours it was done but now i don’t have any water to drink :)). to clean the room wasn't the only example of their terrible hospitality. the reception personnel are also rude. when i entered here although i had reservation i was kept in lobby for too long time because the reception guy forgot me and he left there:)). for half hour no one was there.and when one showed my check-in process started again.the only thing they do is to ask your room number for several times for breakfast. I am never ever gonna back here.

Humble and helpful staff did everything to make us feel welcome. We got their best room and the jacuzzi bath was most welcome after a long flight. Really good food in the restaurant. Lovely people! Room was nice, neat, clean. Internet worked well. There was this feeling of being truly welcome and staff attended to all our needs promptly. It's an urban hotel, close to many attractions in Tehran. Neighbourhood is lovely, extremely safe like everywhere else in Iran.

1. The staff was so rude, especially the receptionist was unfriendly and kind of aggressive.2. the curtain wasn't big enough and the sun could come inside the room on my bed and be really bother me in the morning.3. The slipper and some stuff in the room were a little dirty but the whole room was clean.4. The safe box wasn't working and the battery was dead.5. The view of the hotel was awful6. You could hear the voices from the next room.6. The hand sanitizer bottle in front of the elevator on my floor was empty and broken

Not bad. Average hotel as 3stars not 4 stars. Breakfast was bad.I offensed because of Bad manner reception by Mr. R. Zareiee . No welcome, Not polite , bad conversation and bad behavior to gust!Rooms were small . Mini bar was bad fill with little chocolate and expensive.Dinner was bad , not fresh materials , long waiting and high prices.

The hotel has good looks, breakfast is correct, the right size of rooms. However, the noise level both outside due to poor soundproofing, and inside, due to air conditioning and ventilation systems, makes sleep very uncomfortable. Bathroom ventilation cannot be turned off, so it makes quite a lot of noise throughout the night.
