I stayed in this hotel for four nights in August 2014. This hotel should be one of the most decent hotels in the city. It is situated right on the bank of Karun River. Overall experiecne is quite good. There are two restaurants in the hotel, which hare spacious and neat. There are two very spacious lobby areas in the hotel, just in front of the restaurants, good for business travellers, also good for short informal / formal meetings. WIFI is free and is available in every room.Arabic and Iranian food varities are available in the restaurants. I noticed that the food service is really fast, once the order is given, it did not take more than 10 minutes to get it! - not very common everywhere. Breakfast was good, non-arabic food lovers may find less items of their taste in the menu though. A tip for vegetarian food lovers - "vegetable salads" in Iran may not be 100% vegetarian, they may contain slices of meat. Ask for help, if you are in doubt.I am not sure about the star rating of the hotel, it displays five stars on the name board - defenitely rooms need upgradation. I understand that the old rooms are under renovation.Location is good, can reach airport in less than 30 minutes. Shopping centers are nearby. If the weather is good, it worth going for a walk along the river side.

The best hotel in Ahvaz. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is not very good. The room service is awful. Compared to European hotels, it should be a three stars hotel. The price is too high. The staffs are not so friendly.

we stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel location is really good and the rooms in river side have great view. The personnel are helpful but there is no facility for daily tours. The restaurants' food are delicious and the prices are acceptable. There are some problems with the room we stayed, the safe box didn't worked and it was damaged and the vent fan in bathroom is next to the shower which is really danger for all the users.( because of Electrical Shock!!!)

I have stayed there about one month , and tried some of the rooms,This hotels is next to the Famous " Karoon River " and the Ahwaz Famous " white Bridge" Located next to the famous Iranian river , with Single ,twin, triple, Double , Connected , apartment and suites but each has new and old type, I suggest to take the new types , traditional restaurant has got Iranian , but the food is suitable for different tastes,I prefer sea foods, you can ask the daily chef order, it's the freshest. In this city pars hotel is the best.but you can fine better restaurant in the city Distance to the airport is 15min and to the railroad station is 10 min.

Probably the best hotel choice in Ahvaz. Unfortunately, Ahvaz doesn't have many good hotels, but this one is my choice every time.Rooms and food are very good and the location is also easy to access. So if you are planning to visit Ahvaz I recommend this hotel

Good central location. Our room was very quiet. Like a lot of other hotels in Iran, this one is in dire need of upgrading and maintenance. The room looked very dated with an ancient A/C unit. The bed was comfortable, although no extra pillows were available. The bathroom offered a good selection of toiletries and a good shower, although there was no shelf space at all. Electrical outlets were few and inconveniently located (e.g. under the desk).Complimentary WiFi with frequent slowdowns to a crawl. Buffet dinner offered a good selection, but breakfast was poor.

Actually, there aren't much options in Ahvaz to stay in overnight. This is somewhat the most decent one in the city. It overlooks Karun river, the only navigable river in Iran. The sunset is beautiful at this place. The view is fantastic. You will be few minutes away from the highway to leave the city to Shush, Shushtar or even Shiraz. The hotel had been constructed more than 35 years ago and is in desperate need to be renovated. I've seen the renovated rooms that were beautifully done. When they complete the process, it will be a perfect place to stay in as the air-condition is working very well in the heat of summer.

The beauty of the vintage 70s construction and interior architecture is masked by terrible interior design and lacking upkeep. They only had one suite left. We asked to see it first. It was a disaster and not worth the price at all. The room was stuffy and smelled of unwashed old laundry.

I and my partner spent two hell nights in this shabby hotel. The room which was so called renovated, was too small, there were no hangers for dresses, no fork and knife on the coffee table, no tissues on the desk!Dangerously, when we took the room, the bath floor was flooded with water and the wc was blocked after the first use. We had to call the room service to dry the floor!Every early morning there was a terrible burnt food smell coming through the vent even though we were on the fifth floor.Carpets were very dirty and the blanket was shaggy, ugly and disgusting dirty.Staff in the restaurant were lazy even to clean tables after each group used it and in one occasion they lied.Room window reuired a great force to open, it was small and the view was most terrible.Public toilets on the ground floor were dirty.Bath floor was flooded with water after each bath though we tried to avoid it each time by stretching the curtain.
