Such a quite and peaceful place. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I take a Deluxe room in 13th floor. with a great view to the Sir Mountain. Breakfast was excellent. Every week on Tuesday they have a barbecue in their balcony with super delicious meals. Health club is on 15th floor which of course provide an awesome view. the depth of pool is not to much but it is so peaceful and enjoyable. I surely suggest you this hotel if you have tripped to this beautiful city. With a respectful and friendly staff.

Beautiful scenery, awesome hosting, luxury but comfortable with all facilities someone expects from a 5-star hotel. A very good breakfast, nice lobby and cafenice indoor pool for refreshing on top floor

タブリーズからのバスはウルミエ湖を渡ってウルミエのバスターミナルに到着。そこからタクシーでITTIC系ホテルを訪ねたのですが、価格が折り合いませんでした。そのスタッフからホテル・アナへ行ってみればと言われ、ガイドブックにも載っているしと歩いて5分のこちらへ。ITTIC系の半額くらい（シャワー、トイレ付きシングル 朝食付き 68万リアル 2,200円）でした。USドル払いはできないとのことだったのですが、ちょうど金曜日で近くの両替やさんも閉まっていたため、残りのリアル全てと頼み込んで不足分をUSドルでお願いしました。お化粧の派手な女性スタッフも話してみると親切でした。気になったのはシーツ類が洗濯したてではないようだったこと。ベッドに入る直前に気がついたので、手持ちの布で対応しました。ほかは特に問題のない普通のホテルです。同じ建物の1階にPIZZA81というピザ屋さん、地下にレストランがあり、食事には困りません。夜遅くまで開いている小さなお店もホテルの入り口すぐ横にあり、お菓子や飲み物を買うことができます。

In Iran 5stars’s hotel maybe far from a 5star international but ANA hotel is one the real one.Its my third stay in hotel during last three years. The experience is based on 3 times of accommodation.Location if hotel a little far from city centre but in a nice country side.-Staff have respect for customers.- Rooms are clean and every day and whenever you want will be clean- Breakfast is very complete and fresh- After your call your need will respond less than 3 minutes- Turkish bath and pool are great- View of rooms is normal( street side)- Wifi not connected for me( I didn’t request for help) and I have no idea

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms and very clean. It is newly built so all facilities are in perfect condition.I also had dinner in hotel restaurant and recommend it.Hotel location is not very close to city center but it's a small city and taxis were available at good price.

We recently stayed at Ana Hotel, and was surprised by the quality of everything: from bed sheets to every single meal that we had. The hotel is beautifully situated and the surrounding greenery gives it a wonderful feeling. The rooms are generously appointed, the bathrooms are fabulous. The staff are kind, amazing and totally focused on what they do. It is truly the only five star hotel in Iran.The elegant decor and soothing colors are every where. This is a hotel that takes pride in itself and it shows in everything, from politness of staff to delicacy of the pastry and the fresh bread that is made in the hotel. This is a must stay hotel, and there are plenty to do around the city as well as in the city. Don't miss on it.

I was in ana hotel on the 2018 / 9 till 11 in 12th floor(room:1208) my room had a wonderfull viewIt's breakfast was heartyI used the health club and spa,it had wonderful view and enviroment was calm &nice,and staff behavior

Ana Hotel at Urmia is the best in the region. I enjoyed all the moments of my accommodation. I offer you to try it. Everything was great; food, room, environment, workers and specially receptionists!!!

Unkown to many, this newly built hotel, is very luxurious indeed despite its very simple look. It offers you a very relaxing stay with an excellent service. The view is also very nice, as well as the breakfast and the pool.I would highly recommend it, despite its price.

we loved it, we were a group of 13 of us and everyone was so helpful sorting us out. The breakfast was good too and we loved our stay. The room was clean and the showers (teo of them) in the room too. The only issue was that the room was a little bit hot thats all. :)

A real 5 star hotel with all amenities you would expect in such a property. Rooms are large and comfortable: well functioning A/C, very comfortable bed, Italian shower + bathtub, work desk etc. Service is efficient and courteous. The location is convenient and there is ample parking space. I would definitely return when in Urmia.

ウルミエにはANA HOTELが2つあります。ひとつは街中にあり、バザールにも歩いていけるKashani通りの4階建て。もうひとつは郊外にある高層の5つ星で、トリップアドバイザーでは別途登録されています。ここにはKashani通りのホテルとして2014年9月に登録いただいたのですが、ほかの方が5つ星のホテルについての口コミや写真を投稿し住所も変えてしまったようです。Google mapも同様に情報が混在しています。ご注意ください。

In Urmia, there are two Ana hotel, one 3 stars and another one is 5 stars. I am writing about 5 stars, but some of the images belongs to 3 star Ana hotel.The hotel owner spent a lot of money in this new built hotel. But money is not everything. It seems that the hotel has taken a lot of time for the built and this caused that some of the parts are old despite the fact that the Hotel is new. for example, the stone on the floor of the elevator is very old and broken. Or on the ceiling of the lobby, you can see the influence of water leakage.the room is extremely clean and luxury. the bed sheets are shiny. the shower is excellent. breakfast is perfect and personnel and reception staff behave with the high degree of hospitality. they provide the late check out for me without a headache.although waiters and waitress need more experience. they missed to clean the table of breakfast completely and the glass of restaurant window was dirty.And finally this hotel is very expensive and I think it doesn't deserve 5 Stars. it's very good 3 stars hotel.

It is the best hotel in the west part of country,modern style, friendly staff and good quality of service. Some sample of Turkish foods are awesome. Also suitable for events and conferences, which we had a business gathering there.

Ana hotel looks amazing from outside therefore it was signifaction inside of hotel as well. we visited there for bussiness after that taken nice and quite place in Urmia. The hotel staff and management was serving really good. Thanks a lot Ana hotel
