Good location - near airport and good roads into Kermanshah. Rooms are good quality and comfortable. There's a swimming pool, although it cost extra to use.Downsides - it's a bit soulless, and staff could be more helpful/friendly. Food buffet at dinner was very limited, would have expected better.Best part: views from the top floor restaurant.

The hotel is fairly clean and reliable, rooms clean and fresh, Mini bar- Tea& coffee facility, safebox and complementary wi-fi is available at the rooms. Room service available till 10.30PM. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended to have a relaxing hassle free stay!

My room was a decent size though furnishings could be better. The breakfast was decent. Dinner was average. Free wifi and the speed was very good. So far the best in 10 days in Iran. Shower was slippery. Could be better

First of all, I measure them on their 5* claim and the “Suite Royal”.Positive: nice view over the city and that we get our money back for the two nights we didn’t want to stay longer.Neutral: breakfast buffet- but by far not 5* Hotel standard.Negative: As we arrived with our taxi right at the former red, now grey carpet, no one appeared to help with the heavy luggage. Nobody was visible so after 2min. I carried the stuff by my self. Entering the lobby a young guy showed me with his finger a place: „you can put there“. Not even asking to help. -The Hotel is surrounded by construction sites and a noisy highway. Our room was in the state of slow disintegration. balcony was locked ( due to security issues they said- I think because of cleaning). The Suite wasn’t clean: in the living room were crumbs of rice cookies, on one toilet staines of urine although there was a band claiming “disinfected” and because the furniture was completely out of dark wood imitation, you could see the remains of the last 20 guests: greasy fingerprints, sticky rings from tea glasses and a crooked lamp.

AC was very poor and did not cool the room at all. Good extensive breakfast and WIFI seemed to be solid. 508 had nice view of city. there is no adjacent building under construction so no noise from that.

Its is very well. The whole of Kermanshah is on one side, the Parsian Hotel is on the other side of this city. I suggest you really see Kermanshah from this hotel. Professional, accurate and interested staff. And the people of Kermanshah are very hospitable and make me happy. The rooms were clean and excellent with a 5-star service standard. I even traveled in the Corona crisis, and hand gel and so on were added to the room service. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. The view of the restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. There was a friendly café called Snow White at the bottom of the Hotel where the pizzas are perfect. If you want a perfect and professional stay, stay at this hotel.

The hotel is well situated for viewing the city, but not convenient for walking. The hotel is well maintained, the food is fine and the staff all attentive. At night the lights of the city and the bridge near by is awesome

Very good area and access to the beautiful taq bostan.Very politely staff and good services.Nice and clean rooms with a very comfortable beds.Greay view of the city in nights.Near the airport.Modern design of lobby.

I did not like this hotel.My room stank of cigarette smoke, the carpet was so dirty that is was black, and the bathroom was poorly appointed ie very small and awkward to use.Many things in my room either broke or did not work properly including wifi, phone in my room to call reception, toilet paper holder and lights.In hindsight I should have asked for a different room but after a 12 hour ride from Yazd, I just wanted to unpack and lie down.I found the reception staff okay at best but mostly indifferent. The first time I called for room service – the person hung up on me.The hotel isn’t in the best location either.Despite my awful room, I still give this hotel 2 stars because I did feel safe and one of the cleaners in the breakfast hall, and the boys in the café downstairs were friendly and smiled. But would I stay here again? The answer is no.

Excellent Reception staff, very welcoming and ready to satisfy every request, really kind and caring; the hotel is very nice and the rooms very comfortable and well furnitured. Very good breakfast and excellent bar, for a drink or a snack; useful taxi service - I think this is the best hotel Kermanshah!
