After staying in traditional houses or hotels, we decided to stay at the Parsian Kowsar Hotel. It offers a high level of service with very nice, spacious, and clean rooms. The staff is extremely friendly. They immediately responded to our comment and arranged a room change. They offered us a more expensive accommodation for the same price and provided us with helpful advice. The restaurant and food are excellent. The price is reasonable for the tourist service. If I ever visit Isfahan again, I would gladly return to this hotel.

As a tour leader from South Africa, this is the first time we are trying the Kowsar Hotel, due to lack of availability at the hotel we normally use. The rooms in the old building are certainly not international 5 star level and desperately need an upgrade. The rooms are of 3,5 star qualityThe reception staff are very pleasant as are housekeeping staff, and check in for our group was efficient as we had called ahead and confirmed the number of double and twin and single rooms required. However, the hotel had just lumped twin beds together where we specified doubles and this is very problematic. Several of my passengers have also complained that the.housekeepomg is not up to scratch and that the beds were not properly made up.Though I was given a suite, with a lovely balcony, the decor is very old, the sink clogged , and when I decided to try out the spa bathtub last night, the entire bathroom flooded! Maintenance staff were helpful and have promised to rectify the issue. All in all a disappointing experience this far.

I stayed with my uncle and cousin, booked from Alibaba website.Originally I booked for two, but I called to change it for three. After several call between me, Alibaba and the hotel, I was told I have to solve it at the hotel.Several time I asked them to solve it before I go there and I want to change it to a three bed room or one single extra room for one night and a two single bed room for the following night. When I arrived at the hotel I was told we cannot accommodate three bed room, and only extra bed is available now for 80% of the original price. So basically I paid them a three bed room. The next night when we were just two , I asked them to take the extra bed but they say it is confirmed that extra bed is for two night and I have to pay for it.It is a complete rip off, I called Alibaba but they say we cannot do anything, although the day before that they said we confirmed it with hotel and everything is good.Besides the room was not clean, we clean the toilet ourselves, breakfast was normal without any espresso or high quality coffee, for a five star hotel, it was not clean, mediocre, not organized, dodgy, and not caring.I absolutely not recommend it to book this hotel, you can get far better deal with other hotels like Abbasi.Just terrible.

Thought I was getting a room in descent hotel. but ended up in a room that is facing a busy street and smells like cigarette. Food in the hotel is very expensive, and not the best quality(i.e stale bread. chewy chicken ...)Front desk staff are snob and not helpful.Nothing enjoyable about staying in this hotel. the condition of the room and the staff attitude ruined the whole experience.

The first point was that all the sites announced the capacity of the hotel suites are full, but we made a reservation by phone from the hotel reservation! In the spring of 2022, the price of each night of accommodation in the normal suite of the Firoozeh building was 1,800 million Tomans. The normal suite has no bedroom and is only larger in size than the rooms. Built for 2 people and has the ability to add an extra bed. It is mostly used for families with their children.Large balcony is one of the advantages of the suite, but it is a pity that it does not have an interesting view! The balcony overlooks the courtyard of the hotel and the surrounding buildings.

Location is good, it is in front of Si O Se Pol Bridge. If you want to, you can try a night shoot with a tripod. This hotel is rather modern, not a traditional hotel.Breakfast buffet is plentiful.Beside the dining area, there is a cafe in the hotel. Our group spent an hour having a slice of cake before heading back to room one night. There is a small kiosk at the lobby, you might want to take a look.

I want to tell you right away that I didn't live in this hotel, but we went to the hotel's restaurants for dinner almost every day. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is beautiful very, there is a street between fountains and flowers, there are places inside where everything is done in a typically Persian style. It's very beautiful and nice to not only eat there, but also just spend time there. The kitchen is gorgeous. I especially liked ash soup, different kebabs and a dish of eggplant, I don't remember what the name is. I can't say anything about the rooms, but the grounds and location are just gorgeous.

The room was very spacious, air conditioning was very good. TV and media was very limited but wifi was available and working well. The connection path between the old and new building where we stayed was not covered and sometimes cold was irritating.

Its absolutely terrible,I just came here to tell about this hotel,I never seen a five 5 star hotel like this,I disappointed when I entered my room; Its unbelievable a five star hotel with such this old rooms and facilities of it.If you browse and see the website of this hotel you won’t find clear photos of inside the different rooms.#old room#old facilities#internet:weak+constantly off and on#bad smell in the room#electrical plug had problem#bad behavior of receptionist when I called him and I had claims (Thats the reason which I wrote my claims here)#street side rooms are very noisyAs a result I recommend to accommodate in an 3 star hotel Instead of paying money for this 5 star hotel,Because it would be waste of the money.#pictures are attached below.

I'm staying in the hotel right now for 4 nights. The room facilities and breakfast are acceptable. The only thing that bothers me is that the swimming pool and gym have extra charges and are not included in the hotel package. There are no electricity sockets near the beads.
